I just received a haircut here for the first time and I am surprised this place has any clientele. My stylist was Lori and she was the most unprofessional and disrespectful stylist I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I simply reiterated to her what I want my hair to look like and she immediately got loud and boisterous telling me shes "been doing hair for 30 years." All the customers looked as they heard her voice became louder and more obnoxious, other stylist came to remedy the situation and she told them "you can go back I know what Im doing." Because I was already in the process of getting my haircut I just sat there with her making remarks like "what do you think this hairstyle is suppose to look like?" In a very condescending manner. I called corporate and they took note of the incident and I was adamant about the salon owner getting in contact with me in regards to the situation but to no response. Im disgusted and if YOU EVER NEED TO GET A HAIR CUT DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Modern, clean environment with nice, hardworking staff who pay attention to detail. My only complaint is the price, $18 for just a haircut and shampoo. But when you leave, you get a $7 off coupon for a $15 haircut so thats nice.
