While I love the availability of products close to my home and without having to travel to a mall, the praise for this establishment ends there. Im not sure what has changed in either their hiring process or perhaps their employment package they offer to attract quality employees, but in the past year Ive been to this store at minimum once a month and NOT ONCE has anyone asked if I needed help looming for something. I was looking for a specific product in the beginning of this week and two employees were actually talking and looking at something on one of their phones. Im just warning people that may not have as much experience with makeup as I do, if youre looking for help to find something... do not go to this store.

Every time I go to this store I leave annoyed. First of all, no one has ever asked me if I need help with anything while shopping. And secondly, every single time I go to this store I feel like the employees are staring at me. I was looking at a product and reading the description and a worker was standing next to me literally just watching me read the product, not even saying "hi" or "Can I help you with that?". I felt like she was making sure I dont steal or something like that. Not a very friendly or welcoming atmosphere. I dont recommend going to this store unless you want to be treated poorly.

Benefit brow bar here at this ulta completely ruined my eyebrows. Do not go here. She covered it up by filling my brows in after so I didnt notice until I got out of the shower. Im so upset and have to fill my brows in 24/7 until they grow in because of how horrible she did them. I hate thin brows and thats exactly what she did and one is short while the other is long. Wtf. I hated threading but the result was 10x better than this crappy job.

Beatriz is AMAZING with long hair! She knew how to cut it for the hair to look healthy and to flatter my face perfectly. She also had great style tips for long hair And where to purchase a good brush. All the past reviewers were right. I couldnt find my "forever stylist" but now I have. I am going to Beatriz from now on. Thank you for the perfect haircut! :)

This Ulta store is racist! The security guard was following my sister and me all through out the store as we tried on different products. Disgusting, ugly behavior. Calling to all minorities - protest such racist attitudes and dont go to this Ulta. The power of the dollar is the only thing that white people will listen to.

Olivia from MAC helped me find a foundation color to match my face and she was so sweet and helpful. She took her time and made sure the color was perfect to my skin. She gave me great makeup tips and helped me pick out great products that I needed. Great store with friendly staff!
