I only go here when Im desperate. By far the worst Supercuts of many that I have frequented all over NY State. With hours still to go before they close and very few people in the building, they will tell you they are too busy "but tomorrows another day" (this has happened on multiple occasions). Other Supercuts (like in Wappingers on Route 9) will never turn anyone away - they actually will stay open to accommodate anyone who walks in even just before they close. But at this location the hairdresser is #1, and the customer is treated like #2.

Boooo! They tell you "a few minutes" and it turn out to be 45. That was on my first visit. The second visit I was told 10 minutes but then someone must have called in before I arrived. I sat for 10 minutes and someone walked in and got a cut before me. Fu## this place, Ill never walk through that door again. C&C in the mall gets you in and out with a better cut.

I had a 11am appointment for my 2 sons, we waited for 45 min. They dont get clean up properly afterwards. Hair all over their face and neck. Staffs treat customer rudely when asked about the long wait. Its a very poorly managed place, not professional. Will not come here again.

Asked her to dye my hair one color and the color was way darker than I wanted it to be and when she cut my hair it was extremely un even a total of $180 for nothing I couldve done a better job.

The manager cut my hair and did a perfect job. I waited for a very short time while she finished another mans hair cut. I will be back.
