I didnt have a good or bad experience with this gym until it came to cancelling my membership. I was not informed of the cancellation policy, and many of the other gyms I have gone to give you some leeway (ex. Planet Fitness, cancel before the 10th of the month and you will not be charged). When I called in on the 30th to cancel my membership for the following month, I was told that I was still going to be billed the full amount for the next month. That is $55.00. Perhaps this is something that needs to be talked about when you BECOME a member. The place is pricey, but its clean, and pretty nice. Nevertheless, I wont be going back. Its not worth this kind of money. If you are in this area check out World Gym. Same utilities, good atmosphere, much cheaper, and a much better cancellation policy.

The Gym, has everything I need. Not to mention complementary hair and body products in the bathrooms! The Staff is very helpful. Mary is always a friendly face to see in the morning. I have heard great things about the trainers especially Marc. The facility is always clean and ready. Thank you to everyone at The gym! You help my pre-wedding body prep be an easy and successful journey!

Too expensive for what they offer. It is too small and they close too early on the weekends. They also just came up with an additional $49 yearly fee on top of the monthly fees. I need to look for another gym.

My daughter signed up for a month before college, she has left the state and they have charged us for 6 months, when I called they refused to give us a refund. This is not good customer service.
