this cross fit is really really welcoming to newcomers and strangers. Im older and out of shape but that did not bother the team at New Order AT ALL. They made me feel really included and part of the group. Not only that, my muscles really got a workout. They hurt the next day but not so bad I couldnt get out of bed...just enough to remind me that Im getting stronger and better. They really make sure you do your warmup stretches before you work and they also really make sure you pay attention to form while you work out. I love this place!!!

New Order is simple AWESOME!! He has the greatest program designs out there! There are tons of crossfit gyms that dont focus on your technique and skill level.. Not here! They will constantly go around and make sure your doing the movements with proper form and execution. They are leaps and bounds above the competition. Highly recommend you go

The coaches are absolutely amazing. They make sure that each person in the class focuses on form first and foremost but at the same time pushes people to be better each day. Everything and everyone including the programming, equipment, coaching, and members is just incredible.
