My daughter has experienced many very rewarding new skills over the last few years as a Cheer Extreme athlete. Going into my daughters fourth year as a CEA athlete, she has mastered many new tumbling, dance and jump skills that have helped her in all star and school cheer. These include everything from: a cartwheel, tuck, punch front to a layout, toe touch, herkie, pike, various levels 1-3 stunts in the air and on the ground, and many dance techniques. All of these physical skills were expected and are the result of 3 years of physical and mental training in Cheer Extreme gyms. Its some of the other soft skills that have and continue to make her experience at Cheer Extreme even more valuable and I know will make her a productive and involved citizen well beyond her teen years into adulthood. Specifically learning to use active listening and communication skills, improved self awareness and social skills, the value of team work, time management and goal setting. If you dont work, you dont get a pay check..... And sometimes you work really hard in one area but you dont develop higher level skills in several other areas, and its not quite enough... come tryouts you dont get the job/team or position you want and having to ask for feedback and develop a concrete understanding of the skills necessary and accept the very honest and respectful communication of your coaches is a life experience you can learn from and use if you desire to grow in any area of your life. The opportunities to learn how to deal with and overcome disappointments and setbacks in life such as injuries, mental blocks, building strong relationships, respecting differences, developing positive assertiveness are all a part of my daughters experiences as a Cheer Extreme athlete and I know have helped her grow and become a more self aware and and confident individual and a more valuable team member. Another important and valuable skill that she has learned is required if you are to grow in the sport of cheer or any other sport is to set realistic, achievable, timely goals and ensure they are in line with your willingness to do the necessary physical & mental work to get where you want to go. The coaches and owners of Cheer Extreme provide their athletes with first class athletic training opportunities, professional relationships, and ongoing development opportunities for all who seek to continue to grow & develop in the sport of cheer and many life skills. Its amazing to see young athletes like my daughter and son walk into a gym and work so hard and watch the magic of their development of both hard and soft skills year after year. Thanks to all the coaches, owners, and families of Cheer Extreme whom we share these experiences with all of our futures are so much more promising as a result! I wish every child had these opportunities, absolutely great opportunities to develop skills that will help each of them pursue their life long goals with confidence, the necessary social skills and work ethic that will result in a better future for all.

My children have cheered with Cheer Extreme since they opened the facility in Raleigh. They have been on many different teams ranging from Junior 2 to IAG Cougars and we have always felt like a part of the CEA family. The sport of cheer has taken us on so many trips across the country that we wouldnt have done if it werent for this sport. We definitely havent won every competition but with each win or loss, our coaches are ready to get back in the gym to perfect each routine. We have also made lifelong friends because CEA is one big family. In the last two years, I have experienced my children winning first in the US Trials, 3rd at worlds and first at Summit. We are headed into our last two seasons with CEA and I am trying to enjoy every moment because I know how much we will miss the family and the experiences we have each year at CEA.

My daughter has excelled at CEA Raleigh! She had some level five skills when we arrived last year. She was placed on a Worlds team SMOEX. The team finished 9th In the World with 25 kids that had never been to Worlds. The Cinderella team of Worlds. The incredible instruction from all of the coaching staff made this team amazing. This year she is on the 2 time Gold Medal US Trials Champion team Cougars. Cougars also holds a Bronze and Silver medal from Worlds from 2015 & 2016. The coaching staff is fantastic and they turn kids in to athletes and athletes in to amazing adults! If your kid has a great work ethic and the drive to be a Champion. Cheer Extreme Raleigh is the place to be!

An A+ experience. My daughter is new to this gym since weve recently relocated to North Carolina and our experience has been nothing but positive. She has improved in all areas of cheerleading and she is passionate and excited about cheer again. There isnt a bad coach in the gym! Every single coach is passionate about what they do and growing the kids into world champion athletes! It all starts with a great leader and CEA exemplifies what every gym should strive to be. The dedication that Kelly and the staff have to all the members is top notch. Best decision we made since moving to NC was walking through the doors at CEA. They are training future champions and it shows.

My daughter has been at CEA Raleigh since right before she turned 4 years old. This is her 5th year and it blows my mind to watch her and her teammates develop inside and out of the gym. My daughter is usually very quiet and shy but has growing up to be an outgoing, loving child. The coaches in the gym are hard, yes, but thats what makes CEA, CEA and unforgettable! These coaches are like second parents to all their athletes and strive to coach each child to their full potential. Is it hard, yes, but is it worth it.... YES. The work is worth it!! Thanks CEA for all you do for my girl and helping her reach goals far beyond our expectations

This is our first year at Cheer Extreme Raleigh, we moved from San Diego, CA just so my daughter could come to this gym. She actually looks forward to coming to practice & enjoys cheering again. The parents, the kids, the staff & especially Kelly (gym owner) are the true definition of a "cheer family"! Her confidence since coming to the gym has improved tremendously. As hard as the move was, it was worth it all. This gym is honestly the best in the Country!

This is our third season with Cheer Extreme Raleigh. The coaches and staff are professional, courteous, and care about each child as an athlete AND an individual. They are committed to helping develop your child as more than just an athlete. The parents are supportive and enthusiastically cheer on every achievement, big or small. You hear the whole gym clap just as hard for a childs first back walkover as you do for a first full. It really is a family!

This is our second year at CEA and 5th year in all star cheer. I am so impressed with Kellys dedication to her program. Every decision they make is very strategic and well thought out to best benefit the athletes and the program. The coaches are prepared, focused and every practice has a purpose (there is very little "standing around"). My daughter is getting the best experience and we love being part of the CEA family!
