My first encounter with them was a few days after my accident. The insurance agent as well as another man who works there were very efficient, thorough, kind & quick. My car was there a few days, responded to a few of our requests, and boom it was fixed. I dont know if the staff was PMSing or just generally hate their job working there, but for some reason the day I picked it up I got a feeling of both. I had a question regarding the condition of an existing part of the interior of my car that I believed was damaged. Without speculation, I calmly asked about their job cleaning it and if this error may have happend. The gentleman got extremely defensive, raising his hands and cutting me off like "What, what, say it! whats wrong? What do you want we did the best we could cleaning it!" This was as I was about to hand over a $500 payment - not quite the aditude I was wanting to deal with. At the end of the day they: -Were rude & defensive -Damaged the interior of my car and denied it -Insulted my intelegence of a car Ive had 5 years -Lost a loose nob to an air condition vent - which I was completely content having lose -Damaged my floor pads -Did a horrible job cleaning when they said it would "look brand new" when I dropped it off Also, as a side note for anyone coming here for a job outside of being covered by insurance... they claimed the damage would need a new door, when it was blatantly the same door just refurbished. So be thorough in making sure theyre charging you for what you need and are actually getting.

I was involved in a hit and run accident on 1-95, and took heavy cosmetic damage to both the rear and front of my Mercedes C300. I have recently relocated to Fairfield county for work, and was unsure of where to take the car for repair. After doing some research, and meeting with the folks at Pray Body Shop I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. John, Courtney and their team worked in tandem with my insurance company and Mercedes Benz to completely repair my car back to its original condition. They promised the car back in two weeks, I had it back in one week! They were as polite and courtesy as possible throughout the entire experience. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in need of auto body service work.

I approached Pray Body Shop on two occasions. Once for the repair of my car body through Geico and once on my own. Employees of the shop and the Geico office were extremely friendly and perfectly professional. I am very happy with the work performed. On the second occasion, I simply walked into the shop for a minor fix - I was offered to be seated while the staff took the car key and completed the work for no charge. I had spoken to Hamza, Joe, Nick (Geico), Chriss and Cortney. They are all excellent and friendly people to work with. I will highly recommend to try out this shop for any kind of car body care.

Within the last month, I was in 2 car accidents and Pray Auto worked on my Audi A4. The car looks brand new and they cleaned the vehicle top to bottom upon arrival for pick-up. The customer service from Geico was absolutely stellar and seamless (even when it came to renting a vehicle in the interim). For Fairfield County, the prices are fair for the amount of work theyre doing. The only reason why I will not provide 5 stars is when I picked up the car the first time- the techs left dried white paint on my headlight, which I had to clean off. Other than that, good experience!

2 weeks ago we had a slight accident. Did my due diligence and asked around "whats a good auto body shop?" The feedback we got from coworkers and friends was "Go to Prays!" We delivered the car last week Tuesday and this morning we picked it up. John and his team were super kind, patient, answered all our questions, direct to the point and totally understanding when we realized we needed the car sooner than expected. Not only did he and his team get the repair done in time, but I picked up what looks like a brand new car at 8am as promised. Thanks @praybodyshop

Great Experience!!! The work is always done in a timely matter, but more importantly the work is done RIGHT!!!! the first time. I came in for minor work on a leased vehicle, it looks amazing and here is the best part if when I go to turn the car in the dealership isnt happy Pray stands by there work and will fix it until the dealership is happy!! now thats true testament to there work!! John, Chris, Hamza, and the whole time at Pray auto body are amazing they treat you like family. I refer them to EVERYONE!!

I park my car in a public lot everyday while at work. I would typically ignore any dings I got due to the cost of repairs and inconvenience of dropping my car off. I no longer worry about this because Pray provides a courtesy ride back to the train station, so there is no delay in my morning. Their work brings any damage back to its original look without hurting my wallet. Highly recommended in Stamford and any surrounding areas if you dont have all the time in the world like other shops will take.

This review is long overdo. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Incredible customer service and a quality job done on my car door that was scratched up. Looks brand new! When I came to pick up my car (which was done a lot quicker than expected) I had the privilege of meeting the family that owns the shop. Such lovely people! If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be dropping off my car here.

My quater panel of my 2006 bmw 325xi was hit i was so stressed out about it couldnt even look at it took it to pray body shop when they call me that my car was done i was in shock when i seen it i swear you couldnt even nottest it has been hit in a accident thank you so much john licursi and the guys that worked on my car much bless to all of you keep the good work going

Top of the notch five star work and excellent customer service. I have been a client of Pray for the last 13 years. An insurer recommended them to me, I used them one, never looked anywhere else after that. Came back with other insurers claims and on my own. Got to know very well John, the General Manager, excellent professional.

Great service from start to finish. Having Enterprise Rent A Car on-site helped make the car repair experience e-z and these folks dealt directly with insurance. Less than pleasant experience made more than tolerable. Nicely done!
