Bad brake job. Overcharged me for my brakes and neglected to notice I needed an alignment even after road testing the vehicle where it would have been very noticeable. Took my car to my auto tech in TN who I trust and he showed me all the bad work that had been done. He put crappy brakes on my car and there was no serial number on them... They were so bad that after a month of use they had warped my brand new rotors so bad they needed to be machined 8 times!!!! So now I get a half life use out of them instead of a full life. He also didnt lubricate the pins. As a result of the bad work my tires all had to be balanced as well. So basically he screwed my car up really bad. And he charged me $600. My tech in TN replaced my brakes, aligned my front end, and balanced my tires... for $100. I should have just waited til I got to TN to have my brakes done but had them done in CT to be safe which they were anything but. I also asked for a general inspection to make sure everything was in working order which he didnt do or else he wouldve seen that I needed an alignment and that my tire treads are about gone. Luckily I know a bit about cars but I went here because I thought he would do a good job. Instead I got a hack job and screwed over. Dont waste your time or money here. He overcharges for bad parts and his work wont last.

Cliff is a good mechanic. If you have no idea what is going on with your car it is not a good mechanic’s fault. A good mechanic can find all the problems fix the problems and the customer will flip out for unauthorized work done. If you can get auto work done anyplace for under $300 that is not a good mechanic. My rider lawn mower cost over $500 to repair. Cliff keeps my cars on the road for less than a 7 year $500 per month loan. Last repair on a 1999 crown Vic PI $500 ran for 6 months. I am going back and ask for help. Cliff will give me a professional answer, yes i can or no its not worth the cost.
