The staff seems very polite, friendly and genuine. They also seem eager to help. That is where it ends. I came into have my brakes looked at because they where making a noise. A mechanic took my.car for a test drive. When he returned he pulled into a bay. After about 15 minutes he came out to discuss what he found. He began with a big speech about what he felt the car needed, not once talking about the brake noise. So concerned about the up sell they ignored why I came there in the first place. I asked twice about the brake noise and after the second time the mechanic just said clean your brakes that should do something for you. They are so focused on getting the larger pay day they make the customer feel stupid for coming in for what they feel isnt worth their time. The customer area was certainly clean and nice. Most have been paid for by unsuspecting customers that they took advantage of.

POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR Classic bait and switch. First they tell me that to change my rotors and shpoes would be $ 454 thanks to a sell they are having and then after I dropped the car off they wanted $1,000. "It was a misunderstanding" I was told of course at my expense and at their benefit. A serious company would have stood by what they say, especially because it was their fault in "miscommunicating", but they didnt. Without their "discount" the total would have been $100 less than what BMW quoted me. So I got my car back and left. As far as I am concerned its true what they say, all reputations are earned and they are no exception. Now after my post I am expecting one of their employees come here and post a faboulous review on how great this company is. Its all BS.

I took my car in for a rattle. They told me it was the timing belt and charged my like $80 saying its fixed. I immediately leave and its still rattling, doing the same exact thing! And to top things off, they scratched the side of my car. I then brought car to dealer and they found and fixed the problem immediately... a broken motor mount causing the rattling. They obviously dont know what they are doing, wasted my time and wasted my money. Considering they charged for a fix they didnt even fix, without offering to find the real problem or offer a refund, they should be avoided. They are con men crooks who couldnt find a simple rattling noise.

I had my car serviced here a few times. I really liked the people there. However, at my last (and final) visit, the mechanic negligently handled my oil change and thus my oil leaked from my car without my knowledge. When the signal came on, I was very surprised since I had recently changed the oil. I brought the issue to the manager and he refused to acknowledge my request to have it looked at. I had to go to another mechanic to fix the car. I will never come here again.

I was recommended by a friend to take my Ford Focus to be fixed by these guys. I was greeted by Nick and Sue. After a few minutes of conversation, I knew I had made the right choice. They were both professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My car is running better than it has in months and I will definitely be going back again when my next service is due.

Very fast and helpful.....out the door with oil change done in less than an hour and very inexpensive ....paid $20 for quality oil change. Staff also very friendly n manager was the nicest guy. Not to mention surprisingly nice bathroom for customers lol :)

Helped me out a lot during a long car trip. They did a test drive for me and diagnosed the problem as a tire issue. They didnt charge me for the test drive, and they even recommended a local tire shop!

Stuart understood the issue with my car. He took his time explaining the issue and how much it would cost. No hidden fees or up charges. The work was excellent. I now take all our cars to Meineke.

These people tried to charge me $1000 to change five spark plugs, stating they had to take the cylinders out! Brought the car elsewhere and they did the same job for $50.

Youll appreciate how everyone there is a straight shooter who wont up charge anything. On top of that, the work is always done right. Stu is a true professional!

The guys really know their business did a fantastic job on my breaks. Came back for a banging noise turned out to be a quick fix they didnt even charge me.
