Brought my car there twice, first time was to get the brake lines flushed next time I went to rotate my tires I discovered they had never even done with work and when I approached them about it they admitted it had not been done. The second and last time I brought my car there they replaced my alternator. First the manger called and left me a voice mail and said it was fried and I need a electrical system. When I called back he said sorry my guys wired the ground wrong its all set. (Kinda a scary thought) Drove the car home 10 miles down the road and my serpentine belt snapped in half. The mechanics claimed it was dry rotted I had personally replaced the belt my self about 2 years ago. So if you want your car more broken then it already is this is the shop for you.

I would have given zero stars, but not an option :-(. This place is a rip-off, do not go here! Dealer pricing is better and more reliable. I have given this place two chances and they totally screwed up both, the first time charging me for parts they did not install, the second not being able to replace a very simple part, had to rent a car for over a week!!! If I had just went to the dealer in the first place, could have saved thousands! They do not know what they are doing, my best advice to anyone considering this place is to turn the other way and head straight to the dealer, otherwise it could be a VERY costly and time consuming experience.

You could not have a better manager than Andy (I do not know his last name, but he is at the Colchester location). He should be a doctor because he has great bedside manner! He is professional, friendly, courteous and always helpful!! Overall, I like Meineke, I have beed to the Middletown location as well and Ive always been treated well and the work done is exemplary, but Andy is in my estimation your best employee!

Definitely my favorite repair shop that Ive ever used. Andy the manager is a pleasure to deal with. Hes courteous, professional and runs a very efficient shop. The waiting area is well maintained and comfortable and provides free wi-fi in case you (like me) have to work while you wait for your car to get serviced. The prices are fair, and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

Worst oil change experience ever. Made an appointment online. They didnt take me until over 30 minutes later. I watched them drive my car extremely aggressively into the garage. Then the placed the mileage sticker next to the old one instead of removing it- how lazy!! And to top it all off, the calculated the new mileage for the next oil change incorrectly.

Friendly and flexable, but my car was not done when they said it would be. I was told my tire change would be done within an hour, only to find that it would take them three. This was especially frustrating, as I had to be back at college during the early afternoon. Nevertheless, I did not make it back nearly on time.

Everyone I go here they always take care of me. Andy is very helpful and I trust what he tells me. They are always busy, so that must say something. I would always recommend calling in on an oil change because it could take some time.

Terrible attitude. Made an appointment for specific service only to be told when I got there that they dont do that. Multiple acquiantances with bad experiences also. Dont do it. There are better options in Colchester.
