I brought my 2001 VW Passat in with some pretty big issues, including emissions light, very loud exaust(tubing between cats), CV joints going, and rear brakes. Having just gotten an estimate at Miller VW for 5000/ and the suggestion to get a new car, Northeast gave me an estimate of $2000 and a realistic diagnosis on the car. Despite having to wait two weeks to get an appointment, they did fantastic work, my car is running beautifly and at a final cost of $1100, way under their original estimate! This seemed like a very honest direct shop. I will be going there from now on. Thanks!

These guys are so fantastic!!! They were so prompt and communicated everything to me in a way I would understand, so that I could make the most informed decisions possible. They are also so reasonable and understanding that I am a student and thus made some suggestions to help me save money. I 100% trust them and am so glad I chose to get my car serviced here, after getting ripped off at Toyota many times prior.

The only shop that I will ever bring my car to (and I live in Boston). These guys are the honest, by the book mechanics that you tell all of your friends about. Sure, their prices are a bit higher but they use legitimate parts, do a 110% job, and have kept my car going 215k miles strong.

Very honest shop. Sometimes backed up, as theyre popular and small, so you might have to wait for an appt., but its usually worth the wait. They fixed my door for $15 when VW wanted to replace it for $800.
