Brought in my truck to get a brake job. I dropped off on a Sunday before my vacation. Mind you my appointment wasnt until the following Friday. I didnt get a call until the day AFTER my appointment time asking what they were doing to my truck. Clearly they lost my appointment and the notes. Two days later I called and asked if they were done and they still hadnt looked at it. They were not apologetic and were rude, and did not offer anything for wasting my time. I got my truck without the work done and will never go back. Clearly these guys are too busy to care about customers so they obviously wont miss my business. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here!!!

usually have had good service with them, friendly. I believe they use crap parts though which reflects badly on them. multiple brake jobs on the same vehicle with a five year span. One set literally rusted out within two years.
