I had my exhaust pipe break in West Lebanon, which is 50 miles away from my home. I went into Midas at 4 in the afternoon and they were able to get me in after only about a half an hour. The staff was absolutely wonderful and knew how to fix my exhaust quickly. They knew that I was away from home and still needed to get to Boston that day...they welded up my pipe and reinforced it with some cable to get me running again. I was afraid of how much money it was going to cost...I was on a tight budget already and did not expect to have to put money into my car. They were extremely reasonable and I walked out of there with a quiet car and a little peace of mind for $60. Val was willing to stay late if she had to to be sure that I got up and running again and I truly appreciate it. All of the staff there were absolutely wonderful and I felt as though I was sitting in a neighborhood shop in small town Vermont rather than a chain shop in a bigger city. Every customer who came in was greeted kindly and by name. I had a truly wonderful experience with the staff at this midas and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat...If I lived closer, I would go here regularly myself. 5 stars and then some. Seriously!

So, they dont actually diagnose any problems with your car....took it there with an oil leak and after I took it home it still leaked...charged me 500 for nothing. Took it back and said that the place it was leaking was a different place, the technician went over what he did and what he changed and it still leaked from the same place. I also told them to put in a certain type of oil, they refuse and said they didnt have it. They said that they recommend having a different one. I explained that I had that one in previously and the oil pressure alarm goes off with it in. They still refused. Less than 10 minutes after I left there they oil pressure light came on. Took it back and said there was nothing they could do for me. The overweight CUNTH at the desk is very bad at customer service and treats you like you are oblivious to what you are doing to their vehicle. Tries to charge you for 900 worth of repair when you only need 50. If CNN did an undercover stint on this shop they would all be fired and facing criminal charges.

They spent a fair amount of time diagnosing a tapping noise and decided it was probably my engine and suggested I have the dealer look at it because it was a fairly new foreign car and might still be under warranty. I was impressed with their ethics, honesty, short-ish wait time and generosity in not charging me anything because "we didnt do anything." I would def go back there in the future when Im in the area. I went to the dealer and midas was right on, it was an engine problem. The front desk guy Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, and good at explaining things.

Love this place. All of the staff is very pleasant. Every time I have brought my car here the staff has been up front, honest about everything my car needed. Honestly this is one of the best places I have brought my car. They get things done in a very timely manner, and best of all its done right. I would recommend this place to anyone with car troubles. Brian and val are wonderful. Brian has been spot on about everything thats been wrong with my car. This is a great place. 5 stars thumbs up. Keep it up guys.

I replaced the tie-rod ends on my 2007 Ford Edge and scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment at Midas. They checked my vehicles systems and completed the front end alignment using a very impressive (and very expensive) alignment system, presented me with a print out of before & after results. So happy I can drive with confidence knowing that I wont be destroying my tires. Worth every penny.

Lied to my face for the mistake they made. Had me pay for new parts and labor for their wrong doing. After telling my story to family and friends they already knew how scummy that place is. Will never go there again. Stay away.
