Went for emissions (Failed me for not having a VIN number. the tech could no find vin number , Now I have to take it wethersfield dmv took it to my local shop and master mechanic showed me where the vin number was it did had a vin number! , went back to manekei in the a.m and manager was very rude saying (my tech dont make mistake". I went to wethersfield dmv that very day To do a vin check, (Waited Hours) and missed work. DMV has found the clearly visible vin, top of that tech wrote a lot of information about the car wrong. Now there going to be visit by CT emissions. Horrible service.

Would give a negative rating if possible! I call prior to showing up needing an oil change to make sure I can get it done before driving over, the receptionist says yes... I get there and they wont do it?? Thanks for wasting my time ...I wont bother bringing my business back!!
