I cannot speak highly enough of Nate, the general manager, and his crew. The business has just opened up and has all new equipment. They are knowledgeable, honest, diligent, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. The work is top notch and delivered on time. As a result I have brought in two cars in as many weeks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. UPDATE: April 2016 Honestly, Im not sure why you would have your vehicles serviced by anyone else in southeastern Connecticut. I just recently had my fourth car in for an alignment and oil change. Nate and the staff are polite and well organized. The prices are reasonable. They stand behind their work. The premises are clean. Just saying. H

Worst job ever!!! Brought my car for a catalyc converter change and they altered/cut the ends were the bolts are screwed in and welded of the new piece leaving the rusted old bolts and old ends of the original catalyc converter and they had the guts to say that it was comon practice. This is not common practice they have to communincate with the customer and let them know of the situation and rectify the problem not just cover it up.

I was nervous about bringing my car to what i would consider a big chain auto shop, The manager and his crew were great and honest, they did an alignment on my car and took their time to make sure it was right, I had a long conversation with the manager and master mechanic, both of them know their stuff and i will 100% be giving them my business in the future. Such nice and knowledgable people. Went in today because my oil was very low and I know essentially nothing about how to add it. I was helped right away and it only took a few minutes. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the waiting area was very nice too! If there were a sixth star Id give it!!

Terrible people. They overcharge you about 50% of what the service and parts are worth and then their excuse is "we have to make money some how". I got my car worked on here and the day I took it out of the shop it BLEW UP on me on the highway!
