I cant say enough about this company! I applied for an online quote and was contacted by the owner the very next day. Mike came to my house to finalize my expectations. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. When the cleaning group arrived (exactly on time) they were so kind and professional as well . I have 3 dogs and they were also so good with them! That means a lot to us. Mikes partner stopped by on the first day to assess how things were going. I liked that. They have continued to do an excellent job over the months, house is always sparkling when I get home. No artificial scents used which is important to us too. Nothing is ever out of place or broken. I truly love this company and trust them completely!

Ive had a lot of experience - not all of it good - with cleaning services, but I have been pleasantly surprised by The Cleaning Authority. Mike came out promptly, gave a thorough estimate and laid out the various options available to us. We worked on a good solution for our home, and the team they sent out did exactly what we asked them to do. The team - Chelsea and a partner (who has rotated) - has been consistent and they have done a great job. Chelsea is thorough, complete, and flexible in terms of working around the dogs and people in the house. They are a shade expensive, but my experience here is that you get what you pay for, and we are very pleased with what we are getting.

Their services are somewhat inconsistent, but generally good. Their sales pitch mentioned trying to have the same people come to our house and a particular time. They did not have a consistent group of people coming to clean and they did not keep to their schedule well. They changed the time of my clean without notifying me or asking me, but eventually did move it back to my original time. They have raised their rates without any improvements to their services and it seems unwarranted with their inability to maintain a high level of service. The owners are very responsive to contact and their payment/website make managing my account very convenient.

The team does a great job working around our children and their toys. Our little ones are upset by loud noises and they are really good about using lower vacuum settings when the children are in the room! They work around long term construction projects in the house! The owners check in with us to make sure all is going well, the ladies are great with our children and smile and talk to them. There may be some missed spots here and there but they are not suppose to replace your cleaning your own home! Money well spent!!!! Why not 5 stars?? 5 star from me means I was totally blown away and there is nothing that could be done better.

I contacted The Cleaning Authority to assist me with clean up after removal of our popcorn ceiling. Here are some post clean up pictures. Some areas of the house were simply not even touched. I contacted Mike the owner who did not seem to be interested in my concerns over the expertise of his employees. I wish I had been educated beforehand on the limited services provided by this company when they are called for a one time cleaning (which was described to me as a "detailed" clean). It was evident that even after providing my feedback I wasnt important as a customer.

From the beginning, Mike clearly agreed to my expectations which are high, and the team has done a great job executing. Mike pops in occasionally to do spontaneous spot-inspections while they are working, which shows pride in his commitment to service. My original team Karen & Beth, and my current team, Michelle and Kiara (the team changed only once in the year) have made me very happy with how thorough, friendly, and consistent they are!

Horrible and the workers steal!!! They took three items in my home and also it smelled like an elderly home when they finished . They need to update their products it smells really bad ! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES ALSO MIKE THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE NEVER AGAIN
