I tried 5 different companies and decided that it was not worth the money, as they barely did the minimum light cleaning. After a couple months I decided to try again, as my busy schedule left me no time to keep my house as tidy as I would like. I called a few companies and left some messages, but my call was immediately answered by John, who came to my house within 1 hour to give me a true price, not just an estimate over the phone. I am so impressed with how easy it is to get a hold of John , he is always so pleasant, and every question or need I have had has been answered immediately! Their staff does an amazing job, soooooooo much better than any of the other companies I tried. I love coming home on the day of the clean, my house smells great, the carpets and furniture have perfect vacuum tracks (I love that), and I immediately feel the stress of keeping a clean home lift from my shoulders. I have a dog that they have been very good with, and my home is completely dog hair free for a little while after the clean. They want to know if there is anything specific that you would like done, it feels so nice and personalized. I had almost given up on a home cleaning service, but John convinced me to give them a chance and I am so glad he did!

Had two cleanings and then the next cleaning came and they didnt show up. Called John and he said I have you down for the following week. That was 5 weeks out, Im suppose to get every four weeks. Called him twice when I finally got a call back, We discussed two dates to have the cleaning done, he said hed call me back to confirm....never got a call back until the morning to tell me that they would be coming today. At that point I figured that he was not coming so I made other arrangements. Thats when he told me it was not going to work out, Like it was my fault that he scheduled the wrong date and then didnt get back to me until the morning of for the two dates we discussed. The ladies that work for him are great they had the house looking great....they especially did a good job on the floors....they only complaint I have is with John.

Started good then down hill from there. I had to re-schedule a cleaning, and I left a message for the owner, John. No call back. Left another message two days later. He returned my call 9 days later and at that time, couldnt re-schedule me. Proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not letting him know sooner (9 days!!!!}. No explanation or apology, I might add, on why there was no return call. My microwave timer panel was also damaged after a cleaning with an abrasive cleaner and was never rectified. Replaced it myself rather than go through the headache of dealing with John. On top of the cleaning I always tipped well. I wouldnt recommend at all, which bothers me because the girls he has working for him are very nice.

There are many cleaning services and maid services. Preferred Maid are different than other cleaning services. They are professional and meticulous. I did not have to give them too much instructions. They knew what they were doing and they cleaned the house well. They got rid of stains that I could not clean previously. The stainless steel finished on the refrigerator, dish washer, hood, and other kitchen appliances shine like new. The price for cleaning is reasonable. I have now scheduled them to clean our house every other week and that gives us 10% discount.

We hired Preferred Maid to do a complete house cleaning before my in-laws arrived. They were able to come on short notice. Three ladies came and they were extremely polite. They cleaned the house from top to bottom. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. The price was inexpensive for the job they did. The owner, John, was really nice and answered all of my calls. All in all, Preferred Maid has excellent customer service, impeccable cleaning skills and they go above and beyond. Very satisfied!
