I absolutely agree with the first review. Wish I could rate them with NO stars!!! I hired them to clean my windows . 3 workers came . They had just one ladder and one brush pole for the three of them. They have no professional equipment at all. They do not know how to clean widows . I was really surprised to see such unprofessional and unskilled workers . They obviously had NO cleaning experience because I had to tell him how to clean all the times . They finished in about 2.5 hours . Not all the windows were cleaned. They were of course slightly better than before but still dirty . The frames were not cleaned, some windows were even not cleaned at all. I asked why the frames outsides were as dirty as they were before and Denis. the owner, told me that is an additional service. Could you imagine that they asked for $500 and the frames were not included? I told them to finish the job properly to get their $500 or leave with $250. The owner refused my proposal and threaten me with Court . I have been living in my house for 16 years and have never experienced such a thing. Do not hire them - youll end up in the same situation as me and all the other people who posed negative reviews here .

I wish I could rate them with NO stars!!! I hired them and ONE guy showed up 1.5 hours late with no call ahead of time saying he would be late! I was almost on my way out the door!!! He obviously had NO experience cleaning because I had to tell him how to clean and what needed to be cleaned over and over!! He said he was the owner and said he use to be a cook at Friendlys before he started Night Owl Cleaning, well I think he should go back to cooking at Friendlys! He assured me that he was just short handed and he would be better the next time so I bought a couple of his specials on Deal Chicken for my friend who is going through chemotherapy & cant clean her house and he didnt show up TWICE and has never returned her phone calls? I had to contact Deal Chicken and get all my money back! Do not waste your time or money on this FAKE cleaning company! They are a SCAM for sure!!!
