We are a military family that just moved to Gales Ferry CT and brought a house. While waiting on closing we decided to get our house cleaned to be move in ready. I google searched Connecticut maid service and Molly Maids had 5 stars so I thought wow they must be good. I called and set up a cleaning date. The price for a 4 bedroom house 2000 square feet was $250-$350 to clean top to bottom. Great price quote. The crew of two lovely ladies showed up in a timely manner and were very kind and polite. After they cleaned for 2 hours I returned to a house that smelled like bleach and lemon; nice right. The final cleaning price was $232. I started to look at their work after they left and realize I got what I paid for. They missed so much stuff. About 40% of the house was cleaned. I called the manager and he sent out another maids that took 1hour and 50 minute to clean what the first crew missed. She showed up 7 oclock at night to clean, cleaned about 20% more on top of their 40%. She said it was to late and dark to see and clean the back 3 rooms in my house. she left behind cleaning supplies, a vacuum part, and theres no evidence to really prove this but she left a # 2 in our toilet. Now Im left to clean the left over 40%. This wasnt a good experience to be honest and I wont be calling them back.

We have been using Molly Maids since October and I cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to come home to a nice clean house. We have a full house - 2 kids and 5 pets. We are always on the go and their service allows us freedoms we never would have imagined before we hired them. Our home is cleaned to our expectations. We have cameras in our home so we see first-hand the special care they give to our home. They are very professional, opened to feedback, and always aim to please. Their appt. reminder methods are convenient and if I call, they always pick up and are always a pleasure to speak with. I have yet to have a bad experience and I recommend Molly Maids to all of my busy family members and friends! My hope is that these hard working and meticulous ladies that take care of our home, are commended for doing such an amazing job! Thank you!

The two house cleaning professionals to attend to my Moms home were wonderful. Polite, listened to our needs / desires, made suggestions / recommendations, were efficient and most importantly effective, as well I was able to request that they let themselves out and to lock up on their way out, as I had to be at another engagement. I felt that Molly Maid treated my Mom fair, as it was a fair price for the size of the job, but only of course given that such a GOOD job was done... which it most certainly was GOOD job. If I ever require maid service again, I will no doubt be reaching out to Molly Maid of Farmington in order to have the work done!

I would rate this company a 10 out of 10. We were moving and needed our home cleaned after we moved out. I called only 3 days in advance. We could not believe what a great job they did. Every room looked great and the cleaning crew were wonderful! If anyone is looking for a cleaning company to use this is the company. The amount paid was less then what I expected for such a large job. They you for helping us on such short notice. Doug

The initial inspection was nicely done and and they never went beyond the price that was quoted to me. I get the biweekly cleaning done. Vicky and Tiffany (team 8) do a very thorough job. They are very friendly and pay attention to details. Molly maid saves me lot of time and sweat so I can focus on other things and relax on my day off.
