This is a TERRIBLE company. DO NOT USE!! We ended up having to redo the entire house,and they would only refund our $50 deposit, not the full payment. When we called to complain about the poor job done after the initial cleaning day, Management said they would send back a new "great" team the next morning. They sent back the same exact cleaners, who then spent 25 minutes re-cleaning the kitchen, and then left saying it could not get any cleaner. The "supervisor" who came to inspect the job that morning said that their cleaners do not "scrub" and she agreed that it could not get any cleaner. Pictures of some of the dirt from the kitchen, which we had to clean (without even having to "scrub") after they finished on the second morning, are attached.

See the posted photos for dirt and grime left behind by Molly Maids after they supposedly had thoroughly cleaned the kitchen. Although we did not take photos of the rest of the house because management falsely claimed they would fix the problem (they did not), it was in the same kind of shape. Not clean! They are rip off artists.

Annmarie and her staff are wonderful. They make the house shine. They are efficient, trustworthy and curteous. They handle any special requests with a smile. I would recommend them to family and friends. They give more in value than they take in payment.

AWFUL!!!!!!! I have been cleaning for the past hour since they left. There is still dog hair everywhere, dust everywhere! And worst of all, my dining room table is all scratched up!! I am beyond disappointed, never again will I use them.
