Ive been a client of Maid Pro for five months and I LOVE the service! The owner, Peggy, communicates with me regularly and works hard to insure satisfaction. The services are also very affordable and flexible to accommodate different needs. I used another larger company briefly and quickly stopped service because of the lack of personal attention and because of the random large cleaning crews. Maid Pro feels like a local and personal business. The SAME cleaner comes each week which makes a huge difference from the other large companies. I have never felt like anyone cleaned my house like I would UNTIL my experience with Maid Pro. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Maid Pro!

If cleaning your place means cleaning you out and stealing your stuff then Maid Pro canton does an awesome job. A maid pro maid stole nearly $1000 worth of items from my place and when I brought the issue to local management, Peggy Szczepanik, she chose not to bond or fix the issue, denied me an insurance claim form and did not follow-up in a timely manner. Verbatum from Peggys email "There will be no insurance claim or form sent to you." The issue is being turned over to police for further investigation and I see no reason to use a insured and bonded cleaning company if they will deny you submitting a claim on your losses.

I had a family member going through a very difficult time, and I ordered bi-weekly cleaning services for her as a gift. It was a wonderful experience for both me and her. The Avon branch was so easy to work with, they were wonderfully understanding about the circumstances, and the cleaning services were top-notch. She said she had never seen her house that clean before. This company really did everything they could to make this easy for me (as a long distance customer) and for my family member. Thank you! I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Ive been using Maid Pro for more than three years and would highly recommend their service. Peggy, the manager, is easy to work with for schedule changes, or cleaning needs. I get the same person every week so I can work with them on my specific preferences and they know my house. If I need to add an extra area at times, it is no problem. I find them reliable, flexible and best of all, thorough cleaners.

Wow!! We had MaidPro come in to clean out a property for us and they did an incredible job. We had Melissa cleaning for us and she was professional, throughout, quick and was honest when she said she needed more time to finish. We had her back the next day (bc she had another client she had to get to on the day she came)! Top to bottom, all the cobwebs, all of the dust; it was fantastic. MaidPro all the way!
