This locations 8 workers were all white, while 75% of the customers were colored. Hmmmmmmm Time for some diversity id say. lol Good food though, employees were polite, and its clean. Its not Simsbury or Granby, its the Wallingford/Meriden area. lol I cant give those types of ethics 5 stars though if you cant support the community you are in with employment opportunities. Sorry. Id do something about it before corporate gets involved. Just a little hint hint, b/c obviously you are breaking the "equal opportunity" employment law.

While this place is a bit pricey for a fast food restaurant. And I really was opposed to even trying it because of the CEOs outspoken political views, I have to say that this is some of the best, real chicken I have ever tasted at a fast food joint. Their french fries are incredibly fresh and delicious too. I would recommend it food-wise any time. The only downside is that is has so many customers that there can be a long wait. That is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I love chic filet, the number one deluxe!!! Just be careful at this one I have been going since it opened and food and service have always been really amazing, but my last 3 visits have not been good at all. Wrong orders, missing items, the condiment bar empty, no more refills on drinks. There use to be what appeared as two couples in theirs 40s owners/ managers and this place was great but lately seems all kids teens to early 20s running it and they just dont care

Placed our order then when was waiting for about 30 minutes for our order. Wasnt busy either. Walked up with our receipt and told them how long weve been waiting. They didnt say much besides sorry about that and whipped together our meal in about 5 seconds. Chicken strips were soggy and the grilled wrap was just awful. Never got offered anything as an apology for waiting so long. Very disappointed in a restaurant we used to think highly of. Will not return.

Often rated as the best chicken you will find in the fast food industry, and I certainly believe it! I love their breakfast chicken & egg sandwich on a seasame multigrain bagel. Their waffle fries, chicken strips, and grilled chicken nuggets are fantastic as well. I discovered this company when I went down to Florida and am so happy they have decided to expand up into CT.

Rude staff and they have literally messed up my order every time I have went. Whether they dont give me what I order, or charge me for the wrong thing. Its always something. And on top of that the service is really slow. They have no system and the employees tend to be sloppy and all over the place. Food is decent compared to other chick-fil-as that I have been to.

Hands down the best chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten, Even though the lines are long the service is always fast and the food is hot, the people that work there are always friendly and really seem to be into their jobs. I do have one complaint though, The large Milkshakes have mysteriously shrunk in size and nobody that works there wants to acknowledge it.

Todd, the manager, is extremely friendly. He runs a great business/restaurant. He has always been extremely helpful any time I have been in which is multiple times a week. The staff is always very friendly and everyone ALWAYS had a smile on their face. Those who have yet to try chick-fil-a need to stop what they are doing and go inside and order!

I was so surprised how friendly the staff was. They were so welcoming to my 3 small children. Very family friendly. Food tasted good. I will be back because of the warm customer service! They even had a craft table to make mothers day cards which my children enjoyed very much and warmed my heart!

As a vegetarian, Im basically restricted to their fries and shakes (both of which are delicious); however, judging by the amount of time my roommate has dragged me here, the food must be pretty good if youre into that meaty, fast-food stuff. The employees there are pretty cheery, too.

Delicious food and overall friendly atmosphere. The place was packed on a Saturday. The interior is bright and clean. The staff are very attentive. I havent been here since they opened and they gave me a table-cone type thing that they use to identify you when your food is ready.

Their food is delicious, fresh, and tastes better than any other fast food restaurant Ive ever tried. The people working there have always been super friendly and polite. The line is always very long when I go, but it doesnt bother me since the food and service is exceptional.

The commercials dont do it justice. Menu is a little hard to read, but there are more grilled and salad oriented items than fried or battered I found. Price was high for chicken joint but decent for quality. They even ask your name for your order. I would definitely go back.

I always loved chickfila since living in Florida. When my fiance and I visit Florida I took him and he loved it. We ate it the whole time we were there. Once chickfila came to CT it was wonderful. The staff is awesome and the food is great.

Once again I didnt get everything I asked and paid for through the drive through. It happens ALL the time so I suggest drive through customers double check their order before driving away. They are nice though and the food is always fresh.

I love this place! Im on a macronutrient diet for competition season and I love that its reasonably healthy and fits into my diet. I especially love their grilled nuggets! Staff is beyond friendly and they do make you feel like youre VIP.

Very polite and friendly service. I usually use the drive thru. Its usually busy with a decent wait. When I have gone inside the air has been much longer. The food is very good for fast food and usually worth the wait.

Staff is always the upmost in coutesy and efficiency. Food is great! Slightly pricy but the value is immediately apparent. Owner/Manager is actively involved with the store. Very well run franchise.

Manager was kinda not nice .. counters were filthy and the prices were high. Get a lot more chicken for the money at Popeyes. The food was delicious and the frozen lemonade heavenly.
