My car was towed down to Durable by AAA. The battery was dead. Before having them do the repair, my sister came down to try and jump it. With both of us being girls we have never jumped a car. I went in to the shop and asked if they could at least set the wires up. They said it was a liability issue. I can understand that but could at least tell us where the wires go. I then called my dad to see if he could help. They watched out the window the whole time. We got it started and I went in the shop again to tell them that we got it started. They were laughing as if we would not be able to do it without them. They were very rude and did not even acknowledge that I was telling them. I was embarrassed that they were laughing at us. A little after that I called and asked to speak with the manager. When I was telling him the story, he did not seem interested. He was doing other things while on the phone. When I got to the part where the employees were laughing, he tried to cover himself by saying the computers were down and they could not have been looking at the monitor and laughing. He said "How can you say that they were laughing at the monitor when you dont even know the whole story." At that point I was very irritated and told him that he had very poor customer service skills. He didnt want to listen to what I had to say and was talking over me. Then he hung up on me. I would not recommend Durable. They are extremely rude and condescending.

First off the drive was nice and had nothing to do with my issue. We were driving home and he realized that the gear to lift and drop your car wasnt working so when we FINALLY got home after waiting over an hour for them, we got back to my house and long behold the flat bed was broke and wouldnt go down So he looks under the hood and had a blown fuse and this is the second time that is happend to this guy.... ON his second day for this company.... Soo Ill stop rambling we get to my house an hes asking me for tools and extra fuses and of course they got paid already. So I call there office and was like since he used my tools and TOOk my fuse I asked if I could get 10-20$ back for a discount... The manager then says to me "no" "cant you help someone in need" .... uhmm... I believe I was just in need and I still got charged. So this is a fair warning dont use this company theylll tell you 30-45 min then show up 1 1/2 hours later with a broken truck know less... FAIRWARNING

My car caught on fire on 84 in Waterbury. A state trooper escorted me off the closest exit so I could call for a tow truck... I was devastated... I was on the verge of crying when the tow truck arrived to assist me with getting to South Windsor. To top everything off, this was all happening during rush hour. Not only did he arrive quickly, (approximately 15 minutes) but the driver was pleasant and made the ride back to South Windsor enjoyable. By the time we arrived at my destination I was laughing and not feeling as terrible about my car breaking down. He made my horrible day not seem so bad. I could have given him a huge kiss for saving the day but, I kept it PG and sent him a mental hug instead.

I had a tire blow out on my way home from Boston to Pennsylvania, it was pouring rain and I found I didnt have a spare. Luckily Ben at Durable and the rest of the team were able to offer incredible service even late at night. The situation was incredibly stressful for my family but this piece to the puzzle went incredibly smoothe, that is something I will always be grateful for years down the line when I look back on this trip. Thanks Durable, for doing the right thing!

DAVE THE OWNERS SON WAS EXCELLENT, EASY GOING, FRIENDLY AND CARED THAT I WAS WITH OUT A CAR.....HE WAS ALL ABOUT ME..NOT THE CAR---NO PRESSURE, AND NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME ANYTHING EXTRA, HE WAS FAIR AND I TRUST HIM AND HIS BUSINESS, GREAT PERSON TO BE AROUND,,,,,HE HAS ALL MY WORK...FRONM HERE OUT...GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Absolute horrible service. The dispatcher there sounds like he hates his job and is very rude. The management there is even worse! I would never recommend this place. Ive only once gotten a genuine nice person that helped me unlock my car.
