So I got some scratches on the back of my new car already (my fault... wont go into details lol). I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg to get it FIXED fixed so I decided to just get it buffed and paint touched up and live with whatever scratches were visible. I Googled local body shops and saw that JC AUTO BODY had some really good reviews (and it was close by, too!) so I decided to check them out this morning. Well I am SO GLAD that I did! The owner, Sakib, (I hope I spelled that right and remembered) came out within a minute of me arriving and looked at my car. I told him that I didnt want to spend a lot of $$ on fixing the whole thing and was willing to live with some scratches. HE DID THE BUFFING, etc. RIGHT THEN AND THERE and I am ABSOLUTELY SO HAPPY with the job that he did! He let me watch and ask questions, too. I know I wouldnt want someone watching over me while I work so, Sakib, if youre reading this... THANK YOU! :) I wish I could post a before and after picture cuz what he did looks SOOO GOOD! I seriously am extremely happy with the work! I was definitely doing my happy dance on the way home! Sakib is super nice, too! SO people out here, if you ever need body work done, GO TO JC AUTO BODY! And hit them up in the Spring to have your car high-speed polished/buffed (not sure if I am saying the right terminology) after the Winter because all that sand and stuff that hits your car makes scratches and stuff! THANK YOU AGAIN #JCAUTOBODY ***I just saw that I CAN add a picture. Ill be back to do so!***

J C Auto Body is the only shop I have trusted so far. I was hit from behind in my brand new Subaru WRX (barely 5k miles) and was extremely frustrated. The owner of the body shop, Sakib, calmed me down and walked me through the whole process. He gave me detailed quotes to show the insurance companies and did it very quickly. He was conscientious about my work schedule and did his best to expedite the process without sacrificing quality. My car was completed sooner than I had expected and they went above and beyond. They did numerous coats of pain and sanding ( a lot more than other shops) and when all was said and done, they completely cleaned my car. I talked with some of the workers throughout the process who were down to earth and joking with me while they gave me specifics on what they are doing and will do to ensure my car returning flawless. When I got my car back, it was if nothing has ever happened and everything I was worked up with, was "nothing, but a thing in the past." As a car enthusiast, I highly recommend this shop to any type of person because of the excellent customer service and the attention to detail they have mastered.

I had obtained 2 estimates from Auto Body shops, one in Monroe CT and the other in Shelton CT. They were extremely high and looking to take me for a ride! A friend recommended JC Auto Body and I could not have been happier with the estimate and QUALTY of work that was performed on my vehicle. The owner Sakib is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all the work needed and even saved me some money from the original estimate! He was even kind enough to pick me up at my home and bring me back to the shop to pickup my vehicle. I was apprehensive about finding a good body/paint shop to take care of my wifes Lexus SC 430 following an accident. I saw JC Auto online and preferred giving business to a smaller local shop. I was also attracted by the glowing reviews of past customers. Sakib was professional and his pricing very fair and most of all, I felt I could trust him. I am glad I did. I could not be more pleased with the work his shop provided. They matched the Lexus crystal-white paint job perfectly (not an easy feat). My wifes car looks as good as new. Had the guys at JC Auto Body paint my front bumper and fender due to damage in an accident. There paint match capabilities were so good that you could not even tell that the parts had been painted! I recently had my 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK repaired following sustaining some passenger side damage. The prices were tremendously reasonable and their auto body repair phenomenal! My friend had his yellow car painted here and the outcome was amazing so I pulled the trigger and dropped the car off.
