Charlie and his wonderful staff at C & C are truly the most caring people. Nowadays, it is really hard to find good customer service, but I found it at Charlies beautiful auto collision shop in Port Jefferson. When I first pulled up to the shop I could tell from the outside that it was a very professional and clean place, however it gets even better when you walk inside C & Cs reception area. The place is really beautiful, I actually felt under dressed ;-). Nicole and Sandy were fabulous and took care of everything, car rental, insurance, updates, etc. I dont think you can beat the customer service and genuine hospitality. Thanks so much gang. I will miss your friendly service...not that Im ever looking to get into a fender bender again, but will definitely recommend to anyone who needs auto collision service.

Hands down the best repair experience Ive ever had. Brought my van in for C&C to check the damage after a fender bender. They ordered the parts while I hung onto the minivan to use for family vacation. As soon as I returned I dropped off the van. Repairs were done in 3 days. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. Van looked like new. Moving forward I wont go anywhere else.

C&C Collision is a professional business that does professional work with a professional attitude. I had my car done there after being struck by another vehicle. I was referred by a local business owner. C&C is a great local business. They did a phenomenal job working on my car and went above and beyond what was required for the entire ordeal.

Had my car done there and i got to say its the best bodyshop on L.I. This place is super clean and the owner Charles was very helpful and made this a very smooth transaction. My car was perfect and i recommend this place to everyone,not only that,they have the best body guy in the world and hes the hotest thing on the planet earth.

The best auto repair experience ever had. Staff are very helpful, store is nice and neat. Information is clear and dealt with insurance company completely without my intervention. Mechanical repair job were done well and on time. Will have my auto repair job at C&C in the future.

A decent shop. Im glad my car was done here, looks like a new car. Very happy with the service. The Owner and staff are super helpful, they keep you informed, updated. No shenanigans :)
