These people are they most inconsiderate, unprofessional people i have ever had work on my car. Unfortunately, three months ago I was in accident and Grobens came recommended through my insurance company. So I drop my car off (GET A RENT A CAR THAT I WAS PAYING FOR OUT OF POCKET) and after week and half goes by I get a phone call stating that my car will be ready in a few days. On the day I am suppose to pick up my car, they call to tell me they found glass in the vents. Which at first, I was little upset, they had my car for two weeks and no one even bothered to check if the shattered glass that was in my car and all over my dash was in the vents. It seemed convenient. But people are human, so I let it slide. They told me it was going to take a couple of days, and it did. HERE IS THE KICKER. Upon towing my car through the facility they cracked my windshield .Obviously I through a fit because this meant I had to wait for the glass repair man to fix my car. Which meant i had to continue driving and paying for my rent a car for another who knows how many days until this guy could show up. I demanded that the time I had to wait for the repair man should be paid by Grobens because they were at fault for the windshield. PUSH COMES TO SHOVE the repair man never shows up and I get a call from my claim adjuster stating that I should just come and pick up my car so I dont have to keep paying for the rent a car, and set up an appointment with the repair man myself (Which would of been nice to here the first time). So I do, but Grobens refuses to pay for a portion of my rent a car fees. I had to pay $700 in total for the rent a car. ALL IN ALL NOT RESPECTABLE BUNCH.

I recently had my first experience with an auto body shop, and I am so happy it was with Grobens. I had put a claim into my insurance company for my 2011 Acura TSX. I had extensive body damage from what must have been a hail storm of acorns (at the right angle my care looked like a golf ball) and they recommended Grobens to me. When I arrived Dallas greeted me warmly at the counter. She was friendly and engaging making sure that all my questions were answered fully before she proceed processing the assessment of my damage. I was happily surprised when I halfheartedly brought up a question about the quality of parts that would be used in my car, she instantly stopped what she was doing and made sure that she got me the correct information by calling Matt into the office. From there on Matt took exceptional care of my repair and provided impressively professional service. He keeping me informed about what was going on with my vehicle the entire time that they had it. I walked away with a stunning repair (literally looks better than the day I bough it) and confidence that nothing but top quality work went into my repair. I brought my car to be repaired after a tree branch came down and damaged my car. When I first picked up the car my decal was cut off and there was pitting in the paint near the window so I left my car there to have it fixed again. When I picked up my car a second time we noticed a "nipple" in the door where dust or something settled when they painted THEN right as I got home I noticed on the other side of the car there was damage to the door and it had been "colored in". I went back and the guy proceeded to say it was there and he pointed out the other marks on my car. I advised him my husband and I wash and wax this car all the time. I know every nick and every scratch on the car. THAT deep scratch in the middle of my door was not there. So, in short they did a crappy job the first time. Not so good the second time AND they damaged my door and would do nothing to repair it.

Ive used Grobans twice as I unfortunately was in two separate car accidents and both times the process was very smooth and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The staff at grobans contacted me numerous times about the status of my car as well as the enterprise office was very fast and efficient in assisting with having a rental car readily available for me. I requested Grobans before my insurance company even mentioned that they were affiliated, I highly recommend for a smooth and efficient service

I have to say they are the best!!! From the first day I brought it in until I picked it up, everything went smooth. Got my car back and it looks great wouldnt even know I was in an accident. They even cleaned it inside and out my car looks great!!!! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need an auto body shop again this is where I will be going!!!! They are the best!!!!!

The workmanship at Grobens is the finest you will find anywhere.The management is very efficent, and will take care of your repairs expertly, without wasting your time or resources. Your vehicle will be safely stored within a secure area while it is on the premises, and returned to you promptly, when the repairs have been completed.

Initially I had some issues with the quality of the work, but after discussing what I found, they did all they could to keep me happy. I appreciate their diligence in keeping their customer happy, and they are overall very friendly people who are a pleasure to do business with.

Nothing but good things to say! Both times Ive brought my car here the staff have been pleasant, repair was done quickly and the work on my car was excellent. .... hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I will have my insurance company bring my car here again :-)

During the winter I hit a snow bank, cracking my condenser. I didnt release this until a few months later, filed a claim with gieco and in no time my car was fixed.
