WOW WHAT A JOKE! I called ahead bc you can make a same day appointment. I told them I need to get in as soon as possible and was told a 4:30 was the earliest possible. I went 15 min early with my son and no one was in there so I figured we would be next. Two other people walked in after my son and I and did not call ahead or have appointments as I could hear them clear as day. They took BOTH people before my son and I finally said something to the woman who was working. She said...ohhhh I put the walk-ins in the 4:20 slot in the computer. Ummm?!?! It is now 4:45?! I guess this is the kind of service you get when dealing with white trash. I am appalled, not to mention there is only one person there that can actually do a decent boys haircut. Never going back!

Im currently in beauty school. I went in for a blow dry for a party i had later on in the day and the lady didnt do a good job at all...she was very quick like she was just trying to get me in and out of her chair...she didnt talk to me at all...she didnt ask how I wanted my hair blow dried and she didnt know how to blow dry my bangs at all...all in all it was a waste of money, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I enjoy getting my hair cut with the same girl every time. I would recommend going and if you find the right person to cut your hair remember her name and you can ask for her every time. I actually call before I go to be sure she is available and have never been disappointed yet.

the lady did not shampoo my hair properly. the whole area near the nape of my neck was dry...she did not even wet the area. and she did not make eye contact. very cold. she used hot water on my head until i told her to make it cool.

Asked her to trim my bangs. I told her to not go above my eyebrows. Now half of my bangs are below my eyebrows and the other half is in the middle of my forehead!
