After a horrible experience at Moda Rey Salon & Spa, I headed over to Hair Cuttery. I walked in and the salon was busy and looked more like the salons I had gone to as a child and not as up-scale as Moda Rey. Goes to show you that you truly cannot judge a book by its cover. My experience with Hair Cuttery was beyond excellent. I was helped by a sylist there by the name of Stephanie. She was polite and so friendly. I was denied at Moda Rey and pretty much laughed at for wanting a light purple peek-a-boo but here Stephanie told me that it was something that could be done but told me about the disadvantages of going so light from black hair so that I would understand the outcome and be able to make a more conscientious decision. When I told her I understood she started her work. She stayed two hours past her shift (with no complaint) to make sure that I was all set instead of passing me off to another stylist which I thoroughly appreciated. My hair looked just the way that I wanted it to look at the end of the appointment. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Simply one of the best run Hair Cuttery franchise locations Ive seen. Admittedly, my needs as fair as haircuts and styles go are very simple. But with that said, Im always more than satisfied with my haircut and overall experience here. Now, having gone at different days of the week and various times of day, Ive seldom encountered more than a 5 minute wait. The stylists are always very friendly and attentive. I hate to admit liking a unisex "salon" as opposed to a traditional barber (there is nonetheless nothing like the atmosphere and comradery found in a good barbershop) and franchise at that, but theyve got me sold in this case.

Such an amazing experience. I bleached my hair about a year ago and go a hair cut and it was nothing like this. I got a wash, cut, and blow dry and hair treatment for $32 because my hair is long. That treatment and cutting my ends left my hair amazing compared to how I came in. I extremely recommend. Friendly staff, clean salon, and GREAT prices. You can also check in on the app or online so you wont have to wait so long! Amazing experience

I have been going to this Hair Cuttery for about a year now. I originally went here because they offered the Keratin treatment at a very affordable price. Now, I purposely go back and I always see Laurie. Laurie gives the best highlights, cuts and Keratin treatment and she always takes her time to make sure you are satisfied. I will continue going there as their prices are unbeatable for great service and style you get! :)

Lisa has been my hairdresser for almost 3 years when she was Meriden. Ive yet to have a style or color that I didnt love. She tells me what will work or not work for me, she knows my hair and always gives me great advice. Today my husband comes home from work and said " You look blazing with that haircut". Enough said....I also like Hair Cutterys prices and their conditioning treatment. Thanks Lisa. Judy

Great Salon. Walked in as a first time customer and Kristin took care of me immediately. I have curly hair and no idea what to do with it, she was able to fix it up and give me one of my favorite cuts Ive had. Got to speak with her and another Stylist, everyone was really friendly!
