Been here for a trim three times. I straighten my own hair because I like the way I do it but they trim good never had a bad experience. Had a bad one with another walk in salon.... With a women who swore she knew how to do curly hair and gave me bad heat damage so I was reluctant to try another walk in but if I was to go any other hair salon they want to rewash and start from scratch for $50 and this salon doesnt require rewashing so I only pay $15 !! I come in every two months

Wow. Just walked out without a haircut. My husband had a bad experience here but i thought, hey, its a chain, Ill give it a try. When we walked in no one greeted us, & when someone did come over she didnt listen to me at all. I figured if they couldnt even manage to sign me in, they probably couldve give a decent hair cut. We left right then & i wont go back. They lost regular customers (my husband gets his hair cut every 2 weeks) & a $60 sale today.

I love it here! I usally get a slightly different style everytime we go! Never had a bad cut! And for the people who say they never greet you or sign you in, Ive been greeted everytime and signed in ASAP! Great Service Great Prices!

I ussually dont complain but when you cant get a crew cut right you should probably just quit the hair cutting business altogether. Hair stylist was jacquelyn i would avoid her if you do decide to your hair cut there
