I was in last Thursday for a cut and blow dry and I needed to chop off a lot of dead hair. I told the stylist I was looking to cut off about two inches and I wanted it to be reshaped in to the v cut I previously had. I asked her to chip into the ends so I wouldnt have straight lines/cuts in my hair. When I left the salon nothing looked out of the ordinary but when I washed and dried my hair a few days later I saw how choppy and completely uneven my hair was. I noticed when she was cutting layers she was grabbing CHUNKS of my hair and cutting the ends.. at the time I didnt think anything of it but now there are huge gaps in my hair and I look absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention every part of my hair is cut straight across and super boxy. By far the WORST haircut I have ever gotten. Now my hair is extremely short and Ill have to cut more to fix this. And Im nervous to go back there so they can fix it only to make it worse and much shorter than I had originally planned. Dont cheap out and go here! Your hair is worth the extra $$

I was two days before my wedding and my maid of honor and I went to see if they would wax our eyebrows and anything else that needed waxing: lip, chin, forehead, etc. We were hoping they did mani-pedis, but okay, not. We went to the other salon that was going to do my hair when she said, "It is your special day...do you want me to do a littie waxing?" I was shocked. When she did, she showed me what she waxed, and it was not just a little something the other girl might have missed. She did my eybrows fine, but I shall never go back to this salon again.

I made an appointment with Abbie in the beginning of the week. Went there yesterday on time only to be told that she was busy taking care of another customer and I should come back in an hour. I was on time and drove 45 minutes to get there. I will never go back as they dont know how to keep appointments and were rude when I said I have an appointment. Go hair cuttery, way to scare away customers. They are by fair, not worth the trip.

Love this salon! Started taking the family in for hair cuts on a walk in basis and ended up finding a new stylist! Jen has been incredible and Ive never in all my life had more compliments on my hair as I have since shes been doing it! I love having complete strangers come up to me to tell me how much they love my cut/color. If you want an amazing stylist at an unbeatable price, this is the place for you.

Every time I go there they always do an amazing job on my hair. Im young and incredibly indecisive about what to do with my hair most of the time and theyre always making great suggestions and it always turns out to be exactly what I need at the time. The service is sometimes slow because theyre busy, but its well worth the wait, and the staff is so chatty and likable,

Katie Guyette is the only reason I am giving 5 and not 4 stars. Everyone is pleasant and timely, but she always does a great job on my hair and eyebrows. Yes being a stylist is good part about talking, but she doesnt get distracted. She shaves my neck without being reminded and that is a rarity in this place. She fricken rocks!!!

the stylist messed up a bang trim. cut it completely uneven and didnt even comb it to see if it was straight before saying "all done." i also told her to leave the side pieces longer and she chopped them off. never going back
