Ive never taken the time to write a bad review for a company, since as a 40yr old male, Im a pretty busy person & I understand accidents happen. Im new to the area and this was close, so I went here for about 4 weeks since it was close by. In 4 weeks, 3 brand new Polo Longsleeve dress shirts were ruined and 3 times, a pair of pants that had something on them, were returned to me the same way they were dropped off. I dont know what they do to dry clean a shirt, but all 3 Polo shirts cuffs were frayed pretty bad and 1 of the collars had developed a small wear mark that was 1/4" long and those shirts are made excellent and would need to take a lot of abuse to be ruined that quick. If you are in a jam, this place might work, but DO NOT go here on a repeat basis or your nice clothes wont be nice for too long. Pros - Very inexpensive, Local, "cleaned" in 24hrs Cons - You will have buy expensive clothes again a month later, clothes arent cleaned.

This place is the worst.. they lost 4 of my shirts and have been giving me the run around about replacement .. every time I call or stop by they tell me to come back next week... now they are trying to give me 20$ for Ralph Lauren polo shirts... so unprofessional calls never returned .. besides that my other clothes didnt even seem cleaned still had stains

This place is inexpensive, has a quick turnaround, and greets you with friendly service. Sometimes it can be unprofessional. The retrieved clothes lack a fresh scent which makes me wonder if anything was really done. The building could use some interior and exterior upgrades.

Price is great but service is horrible the African American lady in there with the curly gold hair and glasses was very very rude and I will not be going back there ever again
