I went on a friends recommendation to have a dress hemmed. She quoted me $125, while other seamstresses quoted me $35. When I picked up my dress to take it to another business she tossed my dress around and loosened the beadwork on the dress as she removed her pins. Plenty of other good and affordable options. AVOID this one!
