Awful. 5 white mens dress shirts came back wrinkled, told counter girl who was shaking her head like she understood and giggling at me, shirts needed to be hand pressed an please do not use pressing machine because of the marks the clips leave, but, they did use press machine, had to rewash and press myself:( which I should have done in the first place but $1.99 was a bargain an I thought I would treat myself to this little luxury. My dress had a butter stain, an she made a notation of stained area, but, dress needed a redo, so, had to leave dress an come back when cleaned properly. (This is why I went to this Zips, to get a stain out of an expensive dress that I did not want to damage, and why I took other items for cleaning to make my trip worthwhile.) The mens grey wool pants came back with a water stain that I did not check throughly when I was there. 2 coats of my sisters are still in cleaning bags that she didnt check. Cheap and DID NOT get the job done. Dont waste your time or money at King of Prussia location. Lancaster location is the best.

Dont take your expensive clothes to this place!!!! They will ruin it and take no responsibility for it!!!! Theyll say, its the manufacturers fault and tell you to get compensated from the company. The manager Eric Barbara cant tell you the names of the owner to further discuss the matter because he doesnt know b the owners names and its considered private information???? What? You dont know who you work for? No numbers, and the owners rarely slow up but just keep calling the store. Thats his response!!! They Will not get any dirt out of collars and make your white shorts shirts yellower than you have it to them. Then they messed up my black Michael kors light jacket. They let the black dye bleed through the white collar, front zipper, and lining!!! When I told them, they wanted to try to clean it again, and took a week. When I called about my jacket, Eric the manager said, its not our fault its the manufacturers fault! No responsibly for his service at all!!!

Thats running through the end of july if you purchase a zips laundry bags will clean any garment that you came stuff into your new bag at 20% off thats 20% off our already low price of a dollar 99 for carmen thats 20% off our comfort price of 1999 so clean out those closets and stop on by the west dekalb pike store in King of prussia if you wish to be placed on our do not call list please press the number 8. Thank you. " Nobody should be robocalling a US mobile phone.

HORRIBLE DRY CLEANERS. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHING OR COMFORTERS DO NOT GO THERE. TOLD THE CLERK THAT MY COMFORTER HAD A SPOT ON IT BEFORE THEY CLEANED IT. PICKED IT UP WITH THE STAIN NOT EVEN CLEANED. OTHER COMFORTER BUNCHED UP IN THE BAG. I WOULD NOT EVEN GO THERE. WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, AND REFUSED TO WALK OUT. SAD IF THEY ARE NOT EVEN ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE. ANOTHER LADY BROUGHT IN HER BLOUSE AND THEY GAVE HER AN EXCUSE THAT THEY COULD NOT CLEAN THE TOP BECAUSE IT WOULD BLEED ON TO THE DARK COLOR. THE OWNER NEEDS TO SERIOUSLY EITHER CLOSE OR GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. MUST BE WHY THE HIRING SIGN WAS OUT.

Flat price. Cleans well. They do alterations. They also clean comforters for a different price. Down side: I dropped 2 pieces and went the following day to pick them up, one wasnt done, they said it has beads and I should have signed a consent that beads might get off, so I had to sign the consent and pay them another trip the following day, which was far from where I live. When I asked why didnt you call me, they said they dont call customers. Other than that, I like the cleaning service.

Good prices and convenient/quick but Poor quality dry cleaning, garments have come back with an unpleasant smell and stains. I took a very expensive designer jumpsuit for a simple hem--the hem was fine but it was returned to me missing the sash it came with, and with several noticeable pulls in the fabric on the leg. The seamstress fixed the pulls well which I appreciate.

Their quality has gone down substantially since they first opened. I have received many shirts back that arent cleaned, still have stains that were to be removed, and multiple broken buttons.

I had second thoughts when they first opened, quality was not what I was use to. After a few months it has somewhat improved as they are really trying to work out the kinks.

Very disappointed with the service. My clothes didnt look like they were dry cleaned after pick up. I had a stain on a white coat and it was obvious that it was not cleaned.

You get what you pay for. Dont take clothes of any value here. They will ruin them and not pay for repair or replacement. Their phone has not been accepting calls recently.
