I took 4 mens dress shirts in to be cleaned. I figured that was something routine and hard to mess up. The shirts came back disappointing. 3 shirts had sloppy ironing; there are several lines in the arms and sides where the person accidentally folded the fabric slightly and continued ironing over the fabric. This left several consecutive lines. I can iron them out, but that defeats the purpose of taking them to someone else to clean. The 4 shirt might have been cleaned, but it doesnt look like it was ironed at all. I will have to re-do that shirt before I can wear it to work. One of the shirts I had them clean was a solid white shirt. While this shirt also had the previously mentioned ironing issue, it was also sporting a fresh new stain on the side. It looked like rust or a dirty iron rubbed on it. I was able to clean it off using soap and water, but, again, what was the purpose of me going here. I like reading reviews, but I dont post them ever. This company irritated me enough to post a review. I would avoid them given that there are several other options in the area. They didnt ruin any shirts, so they get 2 stars instead of one.

I used them for the first time last week. I dropped off two items, a hand-knit Ralph Lauren cardigan sweater and a delicate lace top. They cleaned the top beautifully...but the sweater had a pull above the top button. They claimed they didnt do it but it was definitely not pulled when I dropped it off. The woman was rude and told me she didnt do it and didnt even bother to clean it because she "didnt want to have any problems". I was annoyed because she could have at least phoned me and told me about the pull as soon as she had noticed it...instead of having me wait a week until my clothes were ready for pick up. I will definitely NOT be using them again. I also find them very expensive. They wanted $150 to dry-clean my lace wedding gown (it cost me $35 from another cleaners in NYC!).

Absolutely horrible!!! This dry cleaner is VERY expensive--and have HORRIBLE service. My fiance had a pair of pants hemmed there--and they immediately became unhemmed again the first time he wore them. We were still charged to have them re-hemmed yet AGAIN. I also had a dress dry cleaned there with a stain on the white portion of the dress. I went to put the dress on and the stain was NOT removed The lady that works there never said anything about how they could not get the stain out. I assume she did not even bother to check or do any stain removal. Needless to say we will NEVER go back to this dry cleaner again--even though we live less than 5 minutes away.

Ive been using this place for years now (I work nearby), and Ive never had a problem. Then are very fast and courteous. They are open very early so I can drop off my clothes on the way to work. Ive never had any damage done to my clothes. They do shoe repair and clothing alterations as well and Ive used both of these services with great results.

Very expensive. Asked for heavy starch. They barely used any at all.
