Blue Line

This gym is simply amazing!!! They have free weights, dumbbells go up to 125, they have this insane monkey bar rig, full TRX, interactive cardio equipment, studio with live and virtual classes and of course the circuit machines. Hands down the best my in Middletown. The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. Owner is a Police Officer so lets support our brother.

Love this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The equipment is amazing. They have tons of free weights, a squat rack, an olympic platform, TRX, live group classes, and even virtual classes! This gym is truly for EVERY person and for EVERY style of workout!
