I have been training at Paramount BJJ for about 10 months now, and I am very happy with the training. Coach Brad, and his staff are very straightforward with the training, the fees associated with it, but what I found to be most prominent was the quality of instruction/training. Not only from Brad, but from Chuck and everyone who is leading a class. Having Black Belts in 2 different Korean arts it has taken me a while to learn how to separate that when I am on the mats and fully focus on BJJ, but I am eager to learn as much as I can and to continue to train here. The balance between the 3 arts is incredible! The enviornment is great, the students are all great and it is a great place to really train with different people and to enhance not only your/my fitness but martial arts skills. I would recommend Paramount for anyone wanting to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and/or train and become better than you have ever been! Jason Cerge

I have a distinct honor of being able to say that, a little over 10 years ago, I was there on day one of Paramount Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Ive also been fortunate enough to have trained at other academies prior to Paramount. Training before Paramount was the same thing every class. It got stale and boring, and I didnt look forward to training. I started training at Paramount and Brad Court made Jiu Jitsu fun again. After a long lay off, Ive been back for about 2 years now and its more fun than it used to be. The reason for that is coach Brad. When you have someone of his caliber teaching class, you leave better than when you started. I get excited before every class knowing its going to be different than the last. Not only that, the students we train with arent only teammates, theyre friends. Collectively we all try to help each and every one of us get better, and thats what I love about it.

There is no better place to learn self defense or Jiu-Jitsu. Do not be fooled by the name, they also have a top notch Boxing and Muay Thai programs. The instructors are extremely nice and will help you achieve what you are looking for on and off the mats. It does not matter if you are just looking for physical conditioning and health or as a serious competitor, everyone becomes teammates and even family. The staff really shows the passion they have to teach and care for the students. While taking a several year break due to personal reasons I would still get texts and emails from the head instructor, Brad Court, just checking in to see how I was doing. I wasnt even a registered student anymore and I was still receiving support from Paramount!! It was amazing. I can not say enough about this place. There is a level of respect, honor and friendship you just cant find anywhere else.

Paramount has become a big part of my life. I started 2 years ago in the boxing program to both get in shape, as well as a mental escape. After a year, I was intrigued enough by Jiu Jitsu for me to start and I am glad I did. Being one of the most challenging, humbling and rewarding experiences I have partaken in, now I cannot go without. All instructors, lead by Brad, are phenomenal and are the tip of the culture and community that is created in the gym. They understand that they are there teach people and make them better. In turn, not once in two years, have I come across a student of any level that was not willing and passionate enough to help anyone one else of any level. My wife is involved with both boxing and Jiu Jitsu, and my eldest son (6) has been training Jiu Jitsu for two years. I cannot rate this gym highly enough.

This Jiu Jitsu school and its instructors are absolutely legitimate. My daughter and I have been training now for a few months, and it has been a great experience for both of us. We have been welcomed and encouraged by the team paramount family since day one. This school maintains a very clean, respectful, and positive atmosphere. The instructors, led by head coach Brad Court, have an intelligent, and very interactive approach to teaching. Not only that, there are a lot of talented and accomplished students in class that make for great training partners, and friends alike. My wife has even decided to join in on the fun now, and is going to start attending the recently formed, womens only Jiu Jitsu self defense classes. Needless to say, my family is very satisfied with our team Paramount experience.

Paramount BJJ is by far the best place to study Brazilian jiu jitsu and muay Thai. Whether one is looking to get in shape, become a serious competitor, or learn the most effective self defense techniques martial arts have to offer then Paramount is the place to train. Not only are the instructors the most knowledgeable about their craft but they display a level of passion and dedication that is so infectious that it carries on to the students, family and friends alike. I have been a martial arts student for the majority of my life and studied numerous arts at numerous schools and I can honestly say, with no equivocation, that Paramount has been the greatest. Not only have I been a student at Paramount for nearly two years, but more importantly I am a member of their team and family!

I am 37 years old and have been training at Paramount for almost 5 years now. It is a great BJJ and MMA learning environment, where respect, honor, and hard work are stressed as a major part of the experience. It is for these reasons that I have now enrolled my 6 year old son there as well. He loves it! The classes are great for self-discipline, confidence and a tremendous workout. Paramount is about 30 minutes away from my house and in the opposite direction that I have to travel for work but in spite of this, I have not and will never change schools. If you are thinking of trying out BJJ or MMA for the first time, go for it! I did it in my mid 30’s and haven’t stopped since. You can not go wrong at least checking it out…..

Its been 3 years since my husband and I joined Paramount. I personally started with boxing and Muay Thai and now have come to love BJJ. All of the programs here are great, however the dynamics in Jiu jitsu are awesome. It has personally helped me work through anxiety, stress and to push myself in ways I didnt think were possible. Recently I entered my first competition, the support I received from fellow teammates who were willing to train after class and offer tips was so helpful. Coach Brad is great at demonstrating and explaining the different techniques. I also like to use the online curriculum to reinforce what was taught. If you are looking to train jiu jitsu and be part of an amazing family come check out Paramount.

I have been with Paramount for many years. I have been sidelined by car accidents, cancer and surgery, yet I keep coming back. Why? MANY reasons! Paramount has something to offer whether you are looking to get in shape, learning to defend yourself, or wish to compete at a national level. Brad is an exemplary coach, mentor and competitor, and I wouldnt train under anyone else. Even in the advanced classes, when youre finding what youre capable of, if you look around, everyone is smiling. Your teammates become family. Paramount is an awesome place to train, with so much to offer...come down and find out for yourself!!!
