Private womens gym is great. The woman in the morning is nice but the staff at night is rude and doesnt really like to help. I used to go in the mornings to the gym but theres a woman in there who hogs the equipment and tries to body slam you. This isnt a "turf" its a gym. I simply changed my time to go. Also!!! There is a woman who is a swim teacher at night and boy can she be mean when other staff isnt around. Shes loud and rude. It seems like some staff will get out of line if they arent watched, like the night staff. Most of the lifeguards at the pool are ok but they are all high school aged and some are on power trips. Especially the heavier girl with the short blonde hair. She took a young boy out of the pool and put him in time out for holding the rails in the pool while swimming. The little boy told her "Oh Im sorry" and she goes "get out and sit in time out". It was un called for.

I called to set my 2 year old up for their daycare program. I work Monday thru Friday 8-5 but my husband works on a swing shift, which means that one week he works Monday, Thursday and Friday and then he next week he works Tuesday and Wednesday and it rotates like that all year. We have his schedule for the whole year so I wanted to sign him up for their three day a week option and was told that they couldnt accommodate my schedule because he wouldnt be going the same three days every week. Im actually really surprised and disappointed that they werent willing to work with me, especially because both me and my son are members.

This Gym is going downhill. Staff is rude and do not want to help you. Their youth programs are ALWAYS FULL such as: GYMNASTICS, SWIMMING Lessons. I pay a family membership here so that my kids can be involved in a healthy happy life but no. MY BABY GIRL can NEVER get into swim lessons or GYMNASTICS because they are always full and dont bother to give my kids a chance and my teenage boy cannot enjoy boxing now because they took the program away. This gym is supposed to be for Families but they are so UNWELCOMING. Dont waste your money or time in this place. Dissapointed! Disgusted. Cancelling my membership. Done.

We went there as visitors to go to the pool for the kids. The swimming area for the younger kids were very small and limited, the young white woman who was one of the life guards was so rude and racist. She also screamed at my child (whos mixed) but not other kids when they were moving a little too fast on the slippery floor or wibit. She looked so miserable and if she had an issue with my child she shouldve addressed me, I would never raise my voice at someone elses child. Never returning.

I look forward to seeing the YMCA staff and people working out in the wellness room every Monday through Wednesday for my workouts. I have heard great things about the Zumba and Spin classes and am looking forward to trying them soon!
