Wow! As out of towners looking for a great work out we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Our coach was fantastic - patient, encouraging, and super friendly. We got some insightful tips about our technique and of course felt amazing afterward. We would highly recommend CF Fidelity to anyone, and hope to be back soon!
