Ive been going to Supercuts since they had just opened. Not one time have I been unhappy. The girls are always plesant, shop is always clean. If you call ahead or make appt. Online. Gets you in quicker, but I would rather wait then them do a bad cut trying to hurry and get you in. Right? But somehow I think you wouldnt be pleased either way.

On three occasions I tried to get my hair cut here this weekend. Every time there were between five and eight people waiting and only one or two people cutting hair. This morning I tried again before work, but they didnt open the doors on time and I got tired of waiting. There is a management issue at this Supercuts.

Its ridiculous that a haircut that would have taken 10 minutes is given a 45 minute wait because of "check-ins" that arent even in the building yet. I suppose a lost sale is but a drop in the bucket to a salon franchise, but word of mouth amounts to much more. No thank you.

Every time I ask for a trim I end up getting an inch cut off. I called ahead so i would not have to wait and ended up waiting 30 minutes as i arrived on the time the women said she would take me. The women was rude and did not care about the quality of my haircut.

Haircuts have always been ok here and staff is nice . There always seems to be a wait time much longer then shown online for check in. Makes it difficult to schedule my time around this . Would like to see some kind of improvement here
