Im warning you now, DO NOT use this repair facility. Avoid this place at all cost. Dont listen to State Farm or any other insurance company telling you to send your car here. Not only did they do an incomplete repair job on my vehicle, but it took them 2 months to do the repairs that they did complete. There were screws missing where they were supposed to be. The lights on my bumper dont work. They didnt replace my windshield Etc... Im filing a complaint with BBB. You have been warned. I will update this post once i see how the incomplete work is handled.

An employee stole items from my trunk. Instead of reimbursing me, the business told me to email the names and descriptions of the items stolen and where to buy them. I provided direct links for each item to amazon. Instead of purchasing what was emailed, they purchased cheaper items that were not the same. After submitting a second complaint, they have ignored me ever since. All in all, if you plan on going here anyway, make sure there is nothing of any personal value in your car, as they currently have an employee who steals.

Nucar replaced my passenger side powered fold-in mirror. However, after having my SUV for more than 4 weeks....no one bothered to test the new mirror to see if it worked BEFORE returning the vehicle to me.. Guess what..., the mirror didnt work! What kind of auto body shop doesnt test moving parts BEFORE returning vehicles to customers??? Maybe the technicians didnt release the mirror was a powered fold-in.

I had my vehicle done at new car and before new car was there 4 times this last time was no different than the rest. I have always had the best experience I dont understand why all the bad reviews they have gone above and beyond to fix my car even little extras that they didnt pay for. I really cant say enough about him and Im so sorry for those that find That they are not getting their money worth
