THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!! We purchase a Jeep Commander from them and nothing but problems from day 1....IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THESE PLACE NEGATIVE STAR THEY WOULD EARN A MINUS 10!!!!. First of all Isaac the owner is just plain and simple out to rip you off and nothing more...the lady that writes the loans is the same way,the most shady people i ever seen. First the Jeep Commander we purchased had all types of problems within 30 minutes from leaving the lot. Everything on the steering column stopped working, headlights stopped working, gauges on the dashboard goes on.We bring the vehicle back to them and they are like it was just inspected everything worked good before you had it. We told them they have till the end of the week to fix it...cause what 10 days later and still not fixed..so we go up there and Isaac the owner is there..stating you cant take the truck its not fixed...this when i told him i am taking it to get fixed elsewhere you had it 10 days and you did nothing to it..I will get it fixed and you will pay me the money back..This is when things get ugly..Isaac likes to rip customers off..he hates paying money to fix things right, his mechanic rig things together for temp fixes at a no cost all profit. Since i told Isaac this now he says.your loan is cancelled im going repo the truck now...How STUPID is this guy!!!! you cant do that my loan is from a bank lender not you!!!... You cant repo nothing!!!!. We just signed the loan 10 days ago...and you had the vehicle since day 2 broke...We took the vehicle elsewhere to get fixed and over $600 bill. The vehicle price was $8995 right from their website...well good old Isaac and his Wife fudge the vehicle price to $10995 on our loan paperwork...he ripped us off $2k...he states the bank made him put that number in..They also didnt claim all of our down payment on the loan...so in all this place stole 3k from us adding it to the loan. ...We already contacted the district attorneys office on them and are filing claim against this place. We also took the vehicle to the state police and showed them how this vehicle was just inspected yesterday and sold to us and its cant even be driven on the streets as its unsafe. The PA State Police where very interested in this, they looked over the vehicle for 2 hours... If you purchased a vehicle from here i would look over your loan paperwork....i bet you will see he scammed you out of money and inflated selling prices.....PRIME AUTO...WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT...

Been coming to this place for well over a year. Brought my car back to get detailed after winter, took all the messiness out and made it look brand new. I also get my car service cheaper than at any lexus center, not to mention the fact I am getting better service here. I also brought my baby back most recently for collision repair all in all , it has always been a pleasant experience. I get treated with respect like an actual human being. I would recommend this place to everybody !

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! They play games, dont fix the problem at hand. Bought a 09 civic only 100k on it. Within 4 weeks I had problems. They kept my car for 2 weeks to fix the problem, now theres more. When buying the car, they did not clean it and there were DRUGS in it. The owners have no clue how to run the business. It should be shut down.

Will never buy a car from this place again. Bought a truck they lied twice about repairing things. Car was also damaged while in their care. They have had it now three weeks and still NOT done fixing things so they say. Ibam a step away from calling a lawyer and the bank against this place

Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies have been thrown at me. Told me to go through with a sale even though the car wasnt inspected. Gave them the benifet of doubt and now its been over a month and i still havent gotten my car fixed or inspected.
