I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Classic Coachwork (725 E. Market Street location), particularly with Greg and Tom. For some background, I found myself with my brand new one-year-old Volkswagen Beetle practically "book-ended": I was rear-ended and backed into on two separate occasions. I was referred to Classic Coachwork through the dealership where I bought my car, Garnet Volkswagen. I didnt want just anyone working on it, and Classic Coachwork was highly recommended on both a professional level, as well as a personal level; the person I spoke with at Garnet took his own cars there for repairs- that was the deciding factor for me. From beginning to end, Greg and Tom took time to explain the repair-through-insurance process (which was all new to me), as well as what I could expect from the type of repairs I needed. Nothing was left in the dark, and they checked in with me continuously to give me updates. I was never surprised or left wondering. They even did me the favor of checking on an issue I thought the car was having unrelated to the Great Bookend Incident, and gave me their opinion on how to handle it. I had never been involved in the car repair process before this, and dealing with two accidents through insurance seemed like a giant headache so I have to admit I put the repairs off for a while. Looking back, I never would have done that knowing how well Classic Coachwork treated me and my car- which I swear looks better, inside and out, than it did the day I drove it off the lot brand new. They REALLY care about the job they do, which is almost surprising to find any more. Hands down, if you are looking for a no BS auto body shop that will do the job and do it more than well, this is it. I am over the moon with them.

Classic Coachwork of West Chester did an amazing job from start to finish on 2014 Ram 1500. I have used a few other body shops in the area in the past, none of which come close to the quality of work, service and professionalism as Classic Coachwork. Tom Votta, was the most helpful during my experience with Classic Coachwork. He kept me up to date and in the loop about every process he made with my vehicle. The best part about "CCW" was my truck was near $5,000 worth in damage and Tom Votta and his crew had my vehicle turned around in less than a week. Needless to say the work done on my truck was of the highest standard. CCW not only fixed the damage done to my vehicle, but went above and beyond to make my truck look good as new. I had every noticeable dent pulled and polished, and my truck was completely detailed from top to bottom, outside as well as the inside. My truck was more presentable coming out of the lot of Classic Coachwork than Barbaras on the Boulevard!! I would recommend anyone to "CCW" because not only do they stand out from any other shop around, but they care about you and your vehicle. Thanks again to Tom Votta for his professionalism, attention to detail, eagerness to get my car back in a timely manner and his patience with me. Classic Coachwork is the best hands down!!

I have extremely high standards when it comes to my cars and their condition, and so far Classic Coachwork in West Chester is the only shop Ive found that meets them. I do a lot of my own car work and maintenance, it is immediately obvious to me when a shop has taken shortcuts when it comes to repairing a customers car. Ive never seen the slightest evidence of that with Classic. The paint blending is perfect, the panels are expertly aligned, and all of the components below the surface are in perfect working order. Outside of the excellent work done, the staff is both highly professional and supportive when dealing with insurance companies. Ive had a few problems with insurance company in the past, and Classic has had my back the entire time when it comes to getting the job done right. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants their car restored to the way it was when it rolled out of the factory. The work they have done my my various BMWs, Porsche, and other makes is just that good.

My experience with Classic Coachworks was amazing. Of course dealing with a body shop isnt ideal - who wants to be in an accident? But if you have to, they are the ones to go to. I got into two car accidents in the same week and after shopping around for body shops I came across this one. They were friendly right off the bat and although they were busy at the time, they made the effort to look at my car and discuss the damage with me. Tom, the owner, personally walked me across the way to Enterprise (its so convient having both in the same area!) to discuss with the manager getting me a rental car. The thing I liked best was, as a 20 year old, sometimes Im not the best at translating car/financial talk back to my mom who wants to know what is going on. They were more than happy to not only keep me in the loop, but keep my mom in the loop as well. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and I couldnt be happier with the service I received from everyone who works there. Thank you, CCW!

I was recently hit by a deer which destroyed the whole passenger side of my 3 month old car. The whole team at Classic Coachwork is fantastic. Mike kept my informed of the length of time my car would be there and them I was called later to explain they found more damage. He worked with the insurance company to make this experience go well. When I picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the assembly line. No problems and the work completed on time and of high quality. I have used Classic in the past for several incidents over the last ten or more years including the shop in Wayne. They are known for providing excellence work. Frank the owner, has always been fair and honest over the years. I would never take my to any other collision shop. They are know for treating their customers through difficult times and will always provide great customer service to both the customer and their cars. Dont ever let a insurance company talk you into taking your car elsewhere.

I’d heard high praise for Classic Coachwork from a former co-worker who was very particular about his cars and the body shops he trusted to work on them. So when our 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring took a low-speed impact in the driver’s side of the rear bumper we decided to try CC in West Chester, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. Everyone who worked with us was top-notch – from the first phone call, through the repair process, dealing with the insurance company, to final pickup. Mike went the extra mile to source OEM parts as we wanted, and even did extra paint work on the passenger side at no additional charge when he wasn’t satisfied with the appearance of the repair. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and their professionalism. I don’t think anyone looks forward to having body repairs done to their car, but CC makes it as easy and worry-free as possible. This is our go-to shop from now on.
