For the record, Im not an employee or a relative, just a customer. Twice my car got hit and I had such good service the first time I went back. This time they overlooked a couple of things that I did not notice until the next day. I swung by to show them and without hesitation they arranged the corrections to my schedule. This place is neat and professional as is the staff.

It was the worst they never updated me I had to call them and they keep pushing the date my car would be done back and really could not give a reason as to why it was taken so long to fix my car worst place I went to and they didnt even vaccum out my trunk when they returned my car and now the brake light dont work after having my car 4 days

After an accident Nationwide recommended this shop and although the staff is friendly a job that was scheduled for 3-4 days took 18 days! Never kept me informed. Never again and my door that had no issue now doesnt open from the inside! I have to call them Monday . 1 ⭐️. I just had to be sure the public knew their updates are horrible.

Ive had several repairs made dating back to the late 90. They are absolutely fabulous. Theyve done both collision repairs and customizations for me. Each was done correctly and returned as promised each time. I cant say enough good about Duane Hall and his staff!

They cannot communicate. They dont provide accurate information about when they will work on your car, when it will be done, what theyve done so far. They say theyll call you back, never do. Or they hang up on you. Go to porter, avoid Sheridan like the plague.
