Amateurs. Bad communication. We were quoted appox. 20 hours for the repair, but a week after we dropped it off, they said it would be over another week. When we complained they said it had "slipped through the cracks and didnt get in when it was supposed to." They promised to get it in immediately. Heres the kicker... When I talked to a different person the next day, she said it was because of a delay from the insuance company! They cant even keep the story straight between themselves. There are lots of collision repair places around. Gerber wont be my first choice next time.

They did an amazing job on fixing the damage to my front bumper. But when it came to the extra detailing I paid for for the in side of my car it was horrible. There was dirt in the doors and cup holders. They didnt vacuum between or under the seats. Why did I pay extra for something I could have done. I was hoping they would get between the seats a place where I cant reach.
