Just had my Range Rover worked on by Bob and his team at Keenan West Chester. The service was excellent in getting my vehicle in, assessed and a rental car was issued. The time frames given were fair and were met on time. Once I got the vehicle back, it looked as good as new. I have to say it looks so good, I am taking it back for another couple touch ups in other places and may keep the vehicle as opposed to trading it as I may have done prior to the front bumper repair. Even the price for getting the other touch ups done was less than directly competing shops where I had sub par work completed prior. Based on this experience, I would certainly reccommend Keenan West Chester to other people!! :)

I wont use Keenan again. We had two cars repaired after being hit by deer. Both times there were big issues about the quality of the repairs. On the first car, the bucks antler made a dent in the hood, and Keenan refused to fix the dent. On the second car, there were painting problems with the passenger door, which Keenan then re-did. Both of these repairs happened several years ago, but I just found this review website.

Wonderful to work with! After an auto accident, our insurance company recommended us to Keenan and we couldnt have been happier. The option to pick up and drop off our rental car, made the process easy. Staff were knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. We will now use them for all of our auto body needs.
