Horrible experience i have never in my life felt so violated, it started out with a moron backing into my car, promoting service when unexpectedly i come to this service king place where they have mexicans in the back snooping through all of my belongings and dirty clothings. My cell phone and GPS holder was removed outta my car, and my 60lb bag of laundry detergent removed from my trunk. When the car is finished i couldnt help but notice it was driven for personal use, as well as my pictures and steering wheel covers were removed, when i confront the Manager Clay he gets indignant and trys to justify while my items were moved "Promises me a 50$ gift card and a sincere apology. I accept and is awaiting my gift card. He calls after 2 weeks and says hey did you receive you gf card yet, just checking by consequence no i havent oh ok im going to send another one so you dont have to come up here, again were sorry now its been a whole month and still no gf card, i mean if he had no intentions on sending it he should have not offered, im writing a review and contacting his manager for the lies and poor customer appreciation. I deserve to be treated like the victim because my property was stolen and i was violated. I will never go back to another service king and i will not refer no one there. HUH just to think unprofessional and bad things happen only in ruff ghetto areas, no honey this is in the pleasures of snobby ass chester springs where the managers and ceos are strung out on prescription pill and psychotropic meds, in fact i think this manager could stand a drug test or too. Next Stop " Corporate America". Signed a dissatisfied customer.......

Promises not kept. The work done on my car was good but it took SOOO long I incurred $420 additional car rental expenses over what my insurance company allotted. I was told I would not be responsible for the additional charges but in the end, my credit card was charged and no one was willing to help with the additional charges. I was also promised during a phone conversation that because of the extensive time it took to complete the work and because of my patience, I would be given a total car detailing in the spring but when I picked up the car, this wasnt expressed at the time. Although satisfied in the past, I unfortunately have reservations about using Service King in Chester Springs in the future.

June took great care of me from my initial call through completion; always pleasant and courteous. Seth was my Service King rep and he was knowledgeable and very pleasant as well. The team kept me informed of everything throughout the repair process and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Service King of Chester Springs to anyone needing assistance with collision repair.

I had given my car for repair work to this auto body. The work done was adequate, however they put in a slightly less than perfect bumper. In lieu of the scratchy part I was given a "detailing package" - that I recently used. The experience was MUCH lower than expected. The reason given was that they did not want to use harsh cleaners inside!! I guess my definition of a "detailing package" is different than what the Auto Body uses. I would not recommend their work.

This service king was fast, reliable, personable and extremely professional. The gentlemen working there are really nice and have amazing customer service skills. My car was supposed to take about 10 days to fix but they had it done in half the time. Id say do not take your business anywhere but Service King Collision Repair of Chester Springs/ Eagle!!! Theyre great!!
