Lexus of Chester Springs recommended this company. Whether it is owned by Lexus or if Lexus has its body work done at this shop, were positives. Our experience at this shop was top notch. Steve took the time to explain the process, the work was done when promised, the rental car arrangements were taken care of by the shop, the work done was excellent, the exterior and interior of the car was prepared before the car was returned to us which was a pleasant surprise, all personnel were friendly and knowledgeable, and the company has a lifetime guarantee on its work. If you are looking for a body shop that does it right the first time, we would highly recommend this shop.

This is a state of the art facility with 1st Class customer service. Vehicle was repaired to look new again. Some minor parts were missing from the car and I know they were there before the car was left off but they took care of getting the parts and replacing them. Steve Cantor is nothing but classy and handled everything like a professional!

Ive had bad luck this year with my car, getting into minor accidents. Ive visited BCW each time for the repairs, and I literally cant think of anything bad to say. BCW is well run, and customer services is top notch. I recommend this shop whenever I can to friends and family.
