Not customer-oriented the way most salons are. Very snippy on the phone when making an appointment. Worst of all, did not mention that their salon has two stories and is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE (no elevator). We drove 45 minutes to get there and when we walked in the person at the desk took one look at my friend on her crutches and said "Are you going to be able to get upstairs?" No, she cant do a large flight of stairs on crutches, thanks. Zero professionalism, zero communication skills, zero manners.

Happy with my hair...finally! A friend recommended that I try Dana for a haircut. So, I did and I am so happy that I switched salons and stylists. Shes a pro! My haircuts dont take an hour to get through like other places - in and out with a solid cut is the best. Shes also done my color/highlights which turned out perfect. I like the kitschy atmosphere of MYL - very relaxed vibe, yet busy. Ill keep coming back!!

I asked for a pedicure, but I got more than I bargained for. I got an infection. I dont think they are cleaning the bowls out good between people. They was also a lot of confusion, the whole department was late with appointments. Just a loud hectic environment.

I thought the price was very high for a "mini" pedicure. The technician was very nice. But I did not really like the darkened atmosphere and cluttered Victorian ambience. I guess it did not feel clean to me. I will not go back.
