Lida Travel agency is the right choice for you. last year late December I needed a ticket and I was running out of time. I had to be in Kabul by a specific deadline. I went to the websites and made some phone calls to book my tickets on time but I was not able to do so. Therefore I started asking my friends to help me find a travel agent who could perhaps help me. Luckily I found Ms.Lida and contacted her and explained my situation. She called me in and smiled and put a few flying routs and airline options to chose from. It was unbelievable to find out she not only could book tickets for me so i could get to Kabul on time but also picked me the best option. I would love to come again and again to your office Ms.Lida to book my tickets. I appreciate your great customer services and your passion to help customers book the best airlines for lower price and on time. THANKS

Lida was very good. I wanted to go to Fiji and Australia and she found me the cheapest price for me and my family. Lida went above and beyond. One of our flights got cancelled and that messed up all our connecting flights. I e-mailed Lida and she did everything she could to book me on another flight. Turns out the airline came through but it was nice to know I could count on her. Just a tip. Lida tried to talk me out of getting the multiple airlines thing to get the cheapest price. I wish I had listened to her advice because when you go on more than one carrier the other carriers dont really respect another carriers problems. She predicted that would happen and it actually did. Thank goodness I had travel insurance to back me up. I would definitely use her again but the next time Ill take her professional advice and spend a little more in order to avoid problems.

We had wanted a very customized and individualized trip into some areas of Iran that are not easily accessible and not on the main tourist routes. Our agent, Lida, and her contact in Iran did an exceptional job of prebooking our B&Bs, sending us our vouchers for drivers and guides. As well, they kept in contact via texting, email and phone to alert us of time changes etc. The guides they chose were very knowledgeable and accommodating and two of them went beyond expectations. Without speaking the language, such research would have been impossible so these guides were a necessity. The B&Bs chosen were all of highest quality and were usually in the centre of the old cities. I would recommend this agency if you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of the country and who works closely with her clients to tailor the trip to meet their needs.

Do not do any business with Lida Behnam ever. She is a dishonest person who tries to take advantage of all businesses who don’t do exactly what she wants even if it against company policies and even at the expense of small businesses. She is irresponsible and will not take care of her accounts as stated in her contracts. She will do whatever it takes to break her contracts and leave you to pay the remainder. When she doesn’t get what she wants she will attempt to drag you down by using multiple fake accounts that do not show her true name and will give you a horrible review on any and every platform she can get her hands on. Then when an account leaves her a bad review in return she claims it as spam. I have never met such an untrustworthy human being in my life, until I met her.

Lida Travel gets you places that no other agency or internet site can - and it does an incredible job at it! I have been working with Lida Travel since 1998 to arrange travel for large groups (15+) to Mongolia - back in the 90s there was no other ticket seller who could even access the Mongolian market. Lida Travel was and remains the best, the safest, and the most knowledgeable agent when it comes to travel to Mongolia ... I still recall the time I was late to the airport in Detroit, missed my flight to Beijing and the connection to Ulaanbaatar - I got Lida on the phone and she re-arranged my flight plans for the next day in minutes - now, that is not only good service but real skill as well! I have been, and still am greatly very impressed with this travel agent!

Excellent Travel Agency - Recently I had to travel to overseas for an emergency matter, I needed to leave as quickly as possible. I contacted other travel agencies but my problem and my urgency was not their problem. Once I called Lida Travel and explained my dilemma, I found myself with most gracious and courteous travel agent I have ever encountered. My travel arrangements were done quickly and my case was taken very personally. During my trip, in Amsterdam I ran into a problem which was caused by the Airline, I called Lida Travel, my problem was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Lida Travel for anyone who wishes to get the best deal in airfare as well as friendly agency that passenger comes first.

Lida contacted us to place an ad during our recent event which we did. But she has not paid for her ad and every time we call her, she hangs up and ignores our emails. She is a very unprofessional and irresponsible by taking advantage of others. It is shameful that she represents the Iranian community and doing business most likely the same way she did with us. We DO NOT recommend doing business with her as she may do the same to others as well. Take your business to someone who is professional and responsible. But NOT to her.
