First time using a travel agency and it went great at first, Linda found a Cruise for us. Unfortunately I was not sure how they benefited from me using them, I did not see their invoice for her companys cost, its because it is hidden within the cost of the invoice of the cruise line that her company company gives without showing their cost as (1/2 on the receipt ) whatever that means. (1,600$ Is their services for this), Whatever, if thats a case I would expect premium service, but no, all she provided was just to find a cruise. We had a to plan our itinerary by ourselves and excursions. And when storms hit the locations that we where supposed to be going to, I called her to find out about traveling to those locations and if it was still on the itinerary, she never returned my calls, I had to just deal directly with the cruise line. Nice going Linda Waynick, I dont care if I spelled your name correctly or not, I am not wasting no more time to find out. WARNING, DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, Now I know, it is Advantageous and simpler to do it yourself. Good by, and good riddance Warwick Travel, I think the travel part for them is straight to the bank.

This was my first experience using a travel agency. our agent Linda was nice and got us a good deal on the airline tickets I must say. But please be aware that That they only book at hotels that are in their group, so you might not really get the best deal on a hotel. Even more so is the tour site that they encourage you to use (Viator). We paid almost $200 dollars for tickets to the Louvre through this site but when we got to France we realized that tickets are only $15 to get in. Why didnt our travel agent tell us this? Maybe because she got a percentage of everything we spent. Shame on you Warwick travel... Never ever again!!

They pretty much gave us a book of the place we want to go to and told us when we are ready come back in and they would help us. Im not sure if this is how travel services work but kind of upsetting.
